Konkretisht, Objektivat Strategjik\u00eb 2 dhe 4, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, 2) Zhvillimi dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i materialeve digjitale t\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit\/m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, dhe 4) Zhvillimi i kompetenc\u00ebs digjitale synojn\u00eb t\u00eb adresojn\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb problemeve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura.
