Megjith\u00ebse, disa prej m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve tashm\u00eb ishin t\u00eb familjarizuar me shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb digjitale t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht ata me prapavij\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e teknologjis\u00eb informative, pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e stafit m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb u sfiduan me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cnormalitet t\u00eb ri\u201d dhe u pa q\u00eb nuk ishin t\u00eb pajisur me shkath\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe njohurit\u00eb e duhura p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb. Kjo gjendje i detyroi ata q\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien n\u00eb klas\u00eb ta kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb komunikim online dhe p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb platformave elektronike p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie e m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnie. Nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, b\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb hisedar\u00ebsit e sektorit t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb sfidohen, e q\u00eb sektori i arsimit del t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb prekurit nga situata pandemike i shoq\u00ebruar nga ai i ekonomis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb studimi pilot q\u00eb kam nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat preliminare po tregojn\u00eb rezultate n\u00eb disa dimensione: P\u00ebrderisa m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit raportojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur m\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies online si opsion, ata shfaqin hezitim dhe rezistenc\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin platforma elektronike n\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Nj\u00eb rezultat ky q\u00eb bie ndesh me parashikimet e ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt (fal\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs dhe m\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb marra nga situata pandemike me m\u00ebsimin online) parashohin n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e af\u00ebrt mesimdh\u00ebnien e kombinuar (original: hybrid teaching\/learning), por q\u00eb sigurisht dallimet dhe tempoja e zhvillimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij trendi t\u00eb ri n\u00eb arsim do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e ndryshme n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr nga aplikimi- faktor vendim-marr\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb dallimi n\u00eb gam\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb e kualifikimeve sipas kategoris\u00eb, niveli i arsimit, sistemi i vendim-marrjes nga akter\u00ebt qeveritar, si dhe mentaliteti apo kultura organizative e institucioneve arsimore n\u00eb vendet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse \u2013 n\u00eb kontekstin kulturor.<\/p>\n<p>Disa brenga t\u00eb raportuara nga komuniteti i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me munges\u00ebn e socializimit nd\u00ebrmjet nx\u00ebnesve si pjes\u00eb kritike e zhvillimit t\u00eb tyre psiko-social e aplikueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha moshat, por me theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ciklin fillor t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, pengesat p\u00ebr ndjekjen e trajnimeve dhe pun\u00ebtorive p\u00ebr trajnim dhe zhvillim t\u00eb kapaciteteve.N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, ndryshimi i p\u00ebrnj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i kalimit nga klasat fizike n\u00eb ato online ishe nj\u00eb ngjarje tejet e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe sfiduese p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, por edhe p\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit dhe familjar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb shum\u00eb se asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb koordinim t\u00eb proceseve dhe mbar\u00ebvajtjes s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e tyre t\u00eb sfiduar nga mungesa e burimeve bazike q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb qasjen e suksesshme t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo si rezultat i situat\u00ebs s\u00eb brisht\u00eb ekonomike ku t\u2019i mund\u00ebsosh qasjen n\u00eb pajisje teknologjike nj\u00ebrit f\u00ebmij\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin nga sht\u00ebpia do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u2019i provoh k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb f\u00ebmiut tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb skenarin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq (posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr grupet e marxhinalizuara), m\u00ebsimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjekur fare p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb qasjes n\u00eb internet, pajisje teknologjike (telefon i men\u00e7ur, tablet, kompjuter) apo v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb kordinimit t\u00eb ndjekjes s\u00eb m\u00ebsimeve n\u00eb kanalin televiziv zyrtar si nj\u00ebra nga masat e marra reaguese nga Minisitria e Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr organizimin e m\u00ebsimit gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe, donator\u00eb dhe organizata t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me MASH duke zbatuar dokumentet strategjike p\u00ebr organizimin e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb kushtet dhe rrethanat e krijuara nga Covid-19, organizuan nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsiderush\u00ebm t\u00eb trajnimeve q\u00eb ju ndihmojn\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb marrin apo avancojn\u00eb shkath\u00ebsit\u00eb e nevojshme didaktike dhe teknike p\u00ebr mbajtjen e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb distanc\u00eb. Shumica e kurrikulave t\u00eb trajnimit p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e komunikimit dhe organizimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit online, p\u00ebrdorimin e platformave p\u00ebr rritjen e qasjes praktike (tabela digjitale, platform\u00eb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim), metodologji didaktike t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, databaza p\u00ebr centralizimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe komunikimin nx\u00ebn\u00ebs-m\u00ebsues- shkoll\u00eb dhe gjithsesi reflektojn\u00eb mbi trendet e arsimit modern (m\u00ebsimit hibrid p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrderisa p\u00ebr shkollat private organizimi dhe administrimi i m\u00ebsimit online dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb platformave p\u00ebr m\u00ebsim (E-learning) nuk paraqiste ndonj\u00eb risi, nuk doli t\u00eb vlej\u00eb e njejta p\u00ebr sektorin publik. Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, nj\u00eb element i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn madhore t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve ishte gatishm\u00ebria e tyre dhe vullneti i mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i adaptohet k\u00ebsaj situate dhe duke zgjedhur metodologji t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb aplikimit sipas liris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre akademike ka arritur q\u00eb t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikim solid dhe mbar\u00ebvajtje t\u00eb procesit m\u00ebsimor me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre. Kombinimi si zgjedhje e vet\u00eb-m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve i disa mjeteve p\u00ebr komunikim (Zoom, GoogleMeet) si dhe atyre p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim (Google Classroom, email, messenger), n\u00eb disa raste p\u00ebrdorimi i platform\u00ebs E-Shkollori dhe platformave p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim online ka reflektuar vet\u00eb-iniciativ\u00eb, p\u00ebrkushtim dhe gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb nj\u00eb numri t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb konsiderohen p\u00ebrvoja shembullore dhe jo-detyrimisht kan\u00eb ardhur si rezultat i nd\u00ebrhyrjes apo udh\u00ebzimeve zyrtare.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebpunimi dhe mobilizmi i till\u00eb i lir\u00eb, me vet\u00eb-iniciative dhe i organizuar n\u00eb kllastere i stafit m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb disa shkollave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si shembull i mir\u00eb n\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrvojave t\u00eb tilla nd\u00ebrmjet m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve (e njohur n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn e burimeve njer\u00ebzore si shkath\u00ebsi t\u00eb transferushme). Poashtu, gatishm\u00ebria dhe vullneti, shoq\u00ebruar me nj\u00eb qasje pozitive nd\u00ebr-kolegiale ku m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e disa shkollave t\u00eb caktuara merrnin rolin e multi-plifikues (bartjes s\u00eb njohurive dhe shkath\u00ebsive t\u00eb marra t\u00eb trajnime e pun\u00ebtori tek koleg\u00ebt tjer\u00eb si ndarje e p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs dhe njohurive t\u00eb reja me t\u00eb tjer\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qasje me efekt t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shkatht\u00ebsive digjitale t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e kapaciteteve e cila duhet p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur.
