K\u00ebt\u00eb 15 janar sh\u00ebnohet 22 vjetori i ngjarjeve n\u00eb fshatin Re\u00e7ak, ku forcat serbe vran\u00eb e masakruan 45 civil\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb ndodh\u00eb edhe n\u00eb \u00e7do mars p\u00ebrmes organizimit t\u00eb \u201cEpopes\u00eb s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb\u201d, ngjarje ku p\u00ebr tri dit\u00eb me radh\u00eb kujtohet r\u00ebnia e Adem Jasharit dhe familjes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb librin e tij \u201cUshtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs: rr\u00ebfim prej brenda p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kryengritje\u201d, Henry Perritt shkruan se: \u201cvrasja e dhjet\u00ebra an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb familjes Jashari n\u00eb mars t\u00eb 1998 rrezikoi deri n\u00eb palc\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve ishte edhe Komandanti dhe luft\u00ebtari m\u00eb i dalluar i U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, Adem Jashari\u201d. Megjithat\u00eb, edhe pse U\u00c7K-ja humbi figur\u00ebn m\u00eb emblematike t\u00eb saj, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs fitoi guximin q\u00eb t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij dhe t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihet Serbis\u00eb me vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar.<\/p>\n<p>Para masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Jasharajve, U\u00c7K-ja num\u00ebronte vet\u00ebm disa dhjet\u00ebra ushtar\u00eb dhe ishte shum\u00eb pak e organizuar. Pas masakr\u00ebs, mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb filluan t\u2019i bashkoheshin U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1998 U\u00c7K-ja num\u00ebronte rreth 6 mij\u00eb ushtar\u00eb, si dhe kishte formuar strukturat e veta t\u00eb centralizuara komanduese.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ajo ngjarje, Memoriali i Jasharajve \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb hap\u00ebsira m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e mbamendjes kolektive shqiptare. N\u00eb disiplin\u00ebn e psikologjis\u00eb sociale, mjediset materiale shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb \u201chap\u00ebsira ontike\u201d (zgjatime territoriale t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes kolektiv) p\u00ebrmes projektimit t\u00eb rr\u00ebfenjave identitare mbi mjediset materiale, apo p\u00ebrmes introjektimit t\u00eb mjediseve materiale n\u00eb rr\u00ebfenjat identitare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dialektik\u00eb mes projektimit dhe introjektimit ankorohet raporti ekzistencial mes sentimenteve tona dhe hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb caktuara materiale.<\/p>\n<p>Anna Di Lellio shkruan se n\u00ebse pelegrin\u00ebt q\u00eb vizitojn\u00eb vendet e shenjta fetare jan\u00eb gjysm\u00eb-turist\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb vizitor\u00ebt dhe turist\u00ebt n\u00eb Kull\u00ebn e Jasharajve n\u00eb Prekaz jan\u00eb gjysm\u00eb-pelegrin\u00eb. Memoriali i Jasharajve sot \u00ebsht\u00eb tempulli kryesor i ekumenizmit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb admirojn\u00eb dhe frym\u00ebzohen nga flijimi i Jasharajve. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rast\u00ebsishme q\u00eb n\u00eb librat e vizitor\u00ebve gjejm\u00eb shprehje si: \u201cDrenic\u00eb \u2013 tok\u00eb e gjakut\u201d, \u201cE vetmja rrug\u00eb drejt prehjes\u201d dhe \u201cPrekaz \u2013 emri i unitetit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb lidhjes s\u00eb fort\u00eb emocionale dhe devotshm\u00ebris\u00eb ndaj familjes Jashari, udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesit e shohin veten si gardian\u00eb moral\u00eb, e jo thjesht si ciceron\u00eb turistik\u00eb. Ata besojn\u00eb se shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb \u201cushqim shpirt\u00ebror\u201d p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt duke rr\u00ebfyer rezistenc\u00ebn dhe r\u00ebnien e Jasharajve. Ata p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat fjal\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra her\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe mij\u00ebra her\u00eb n\u00eb vit pa u lodhur. K\u00ebshtu, thot\u00eb Di Lellio, Prekazi ka nj\u00eb rol didaktik komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb ofron m\u00ebsime kolektive rreth vet\u00eb-perceptimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Re\u00e7aku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb studimet e nacionalizmit pozicioni i ngjarjeve t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb repertoret nacionale quhet si \u201cperspektiva ngjarje-sis\u00eb\u201d. Kjo disiplin\u00eb studion ngjarje t\u00eb caktuara historike, pesh\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb m\u00ebpasshme dhe rolin e tyre n\u00eb percepsionet kolektive mbi ngjarjet tjera n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb priz\u00ebm, ngjarje t\u00eb caktuara nuk shihen si thjesht shp\u00ebrthime arbitrare dhe t\u00eb pakuptimta n\u00eb histori, por si themele t\u00eb rr\u00ebfenjave t\u00eb idealizuara dhe kuptimplota n\u00eb harkun e historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse masakra e Prekazit mobilizoi shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar, duke i bindur se lufta nuk ka alternativ\u00eb, Re\u00e7aku mobilizoi bot\u00ebn demokratike n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, duke i bindur se bombardimi i Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhja e vetme. Numerikisht, nga qindra masakra n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Masakra e Re\u00e7akut nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhja. P\u00ebr shembull, Masakra e Mej\u00ebs, e Prekazit, e Dubrav\u00ebs, e dy Krushave etj., kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb se n\u00eb Masakr\u00ebn e Re\u00e7akut.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, kjo e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb pika e kthes\u00ebs p\u00ebr rrjedh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sepse ajo u b\u00eb para syve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb arm\u00ebpushimi. Re\u00e7aku \u00ebsht\u00eb fshat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin jo vet\u00ebm bota, por edhe shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb 15 janarin e ftoht\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u00e7aku \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat i vog\u00ebl tre kilometra n\u00eb verilindje t\u00eb Shtim\u00ebs, por si n\u00eb shum\u00eb luft\u00ebra, nj\u00eb vendbanim anonim arriti t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i famsh\u00ebm papritur. James Petiffer n\u00eb librin e tij \u201cUshtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, shkruan se k\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur m\u00eb par\u00eb me vargmalin Vimy (n\u00eb Franc\u00eb me ushtarak\u00ebt kanadez\u00eb) n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, apo me Aushvicin e Polonis\u00eb n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Ashtu si masakra e Batakut n\u00eb Bullgarin\u00eb e shekullit XIX, q\u00eb shtyu Gladstonen t\u00eb niste nj\u00eb kryq\u00ebzat\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e popujve t\u00eb krishter\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjash\u00ebm me k\u00ebto, Re\u00e7aku pati nj\u00eb efekt kataklizmik q\u00eb traumatizoi opinionin bot\u00ebror, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb katalizator i nj\u00eb prej nd\u00ebrhyrjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb komentuara n\u00eb bot\u00eb n\u00eb 20 vitet e fundit. Para k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje, Re\u00e7aku ishte nj\u00eb fshat i vog\u00ebl n\u00eb em\u00ebr e i varrosur n\u00eb anonimitet. Mir\u00ebpo, pas asaj masakre Re\u00e7aku b\u00ebri buj\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Pa ngjarjet e Re\u00e7akut rrjedha e luft\u00ebs do t\u00eb ishte krejt tjet\u00ebr. Ndoshta nuk do t\u00eb kishte fare nd\u00ebrhyrje nga NATO-ja. N\u00eb kujtimet e Tony Blair, Kosova nuk p\u00ebrmendet fare para janarit t\u00eb vitit 1999, periudh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrkon me ngjarjet n\u00eb Re\u00e7ak. Hubert Vedrine, at\u00eb koh\u00eb Minist\u00ebr i Jasht\u00ebm i Franc\u00ebs, ishte shprehur se: \u201cRe\u00e7aku cyti shtetin e tij q\u00eb t\u00eb del jasht\u00eb territorit gjasht\u00ebk\u00ebndor\u201d. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb u organizua Konferenca e Rambujes\u00eb, q\u00eb rezultoi me bombardimin e Serbis\u00eb dhe \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sociologu i mbamendjes dhe traumave Roy Eyerman shprehet se ndodhit\u00eb jan\u00eb veprime radikalisht kontingjente q\u00eb ndodhin n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, kurse ngjarjet shpalosen dhe marrin form\u00eb prozaike p\u00ebrmes nd\u00ebrveprimit dialektik mes protagonist\u00ebve, interpretuesve dhe audienc\u00ebs. N\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e Badious, filozofit t\u00eb ngjarjes, Walker i dha \u201cintensitetin maksimal t\u00eb dukjes\u201d Re\u00e7akut q\u00eb deri at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn \u201cekzistoi minimalisht n\u00eb nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb thella t\u00eb padukshm\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d. Walker e b\u00ebri Re\u00e7akun Ngjarje (me \u201cN\u201d t\u00eb madhe).<\/p>\n<p>Interpretimet tjera nuk e kan\u00eb as p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi fuqin\u00eb shpjeguese t\u00eb Walkerit. Nj\u00eb artikulim rival \u00ebsht\u00eb ai serb, q\u00eb thot\u00eb se Masakra ishte inskenim i U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe OSBE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar bombardimin e Serbis\u00eb nga NATO-ja. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, Millosheviq kishte shpallur Walkerin \u201cPersona non grata\u201d si shenj\u00eb se Serbia nuk e pranon versionin e tij mbi ngjarjet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse masakrat e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb shiheshin si kronomet\u00ebr, mund te themi se prej Masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Prekazit deri n\u00eb Masakr\u00ebn e Re\u00e7akut shtrihet periudha e par\u00eb e luft\u00ebs. Kurse nga Masakra e Re\u00e7akut deri n\u00eb \u00e7lirim shpaloset periudha e dyt\u00eb e saj. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, Prekazi e Re\u00e7aku jan\u00eb spiranca dhe vela q\u00eb ankorojn\u00eb kalendarin e rrug\u00ebtimit historik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Badiou, ngjarjet markojn\u00eb lindjen e nj\u00eb sensi t\u00eb thell\u00eb subjektiv t\u00eb qenies n\u00eb raport me koh\u00ebn. Ngjarja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb moment n\u00eb koh\u00eb. Ajo nuk pushon s\u00eb ndodhuri. K\u00ebsisoj, Prekazi e Re\u00e7aku jan\u00eb epitoma e asaj \u00e7far\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht thot\u00eb S\u00f8ren Kierkegaard: \u201cTirani vdes dhe sundimi i tij merr fund.
