I z\u00ebn\u00eb ngusht\u00eb prej xhematit me pyetjen se \u00e7far\u00eb ka p\u00ebrtej xhenetit (parajs\u00ebs), por mbase edhe i befasuar nga absurditeti i k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje, hoxha, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit pa p\u00ebrgjigjje, ua kishte kthyer shkurt\u00eb: st\u00ebrnisht\u00eb (ar\u00eb e korrur). Bashk\u00eb me n\u00ebntekstin tek absurditeti i pyetjes, p\u00ebrgjigjja e hoxh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb refleks q\u00eb eviton hyrjen n\u00eb diksutime t\u00eb rrezikshme epistemologjike q\u00eb rrezikojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb pyetja v\u00ebrteton se \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur (besimin e xhematit q\u00eb parajsa ve\u00e7 ekzistoka). Ky tregim \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur k\u00ebt\u00eb opinion mbi mbulimin medial t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku ky refleksi i hoxh\u00ebs na vjen n\u00eb form\u00ebn e gazetaris\u00eb s\u00eb garave me kuaj, si\u00e7 i thon\u00eb aq bukur amerikan\u00ebt gazetaris\u00eb q\u00eb mbulon gar\u00ebn elektorale sikur t\u00eb ishte gar\u00eb kuajsh, duke turbulluar pjes\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb saj. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb moralizuar mbi at\u00eb se si mediat po na servojn\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat e bot\u00ebs; q\u00eb ne s\u2019po kemi kah ia mbajm\u00eb p\u00ebrtej asaj q\u00eb na ofohet n\u00eb media; q\u00eb ne do t\u00eb ishim njer\u00ebz m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb ditur sikur mediat t\u00eb na ofronin dije e m\u00ebsim etj. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019i njohur m\u00eb mir\u00eb kufinjt\u00eb e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si ne i shohim zgjedhjet dhe se si nj\u00eb lloj i caktuar raportimi gazetaresk po i ndikon, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb po i determinon, k\u00ebta kufinj.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari duhet filluar me admirimin e gjetjes s\u00eb goditur t\u00eb metafor\u00ebs s\u00eb garave me kuaj nga ana e amerikan\u00ebve, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb mbulimit gazetaresk t\u00eb zgjedhjeve. N\u00ebse p\u00ebr nj\u00eb moment dikush do t\u00eb pyeste \u201cpo p\u00ebrse gjith\u00eb kjo poter\u00eb p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka q\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb dat\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb sikur loti?\u201c me siguri se do t\u00eb gjindej ndonj\u00eb fjal\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore si ajo e hoxh\u00ebs m\u00eb lart, p\u00ebr ta mbytur n\u00eb vend at\u00eb pyetje heretike. Kjo metafor\u00eb poashtu i b\u00ebn drejt\u00ebsi k\u00ebtij lloji t\u00eb gazetaris\u00eb duke e zhvendosur at\u00eb disi nga kategoria e informimit dhe skepticizmit n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb zbavitjes dhe cinizmit.<\/p>\n<p>Politologu amerikan, Bernard Cohen, thot\u00eb se \u201cmediat mund t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb sukses shumic\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u imponuar njer\u00ebzve \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb, por jan\u00eb marramend\u00ebsisht t\u00eb suksesshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u imponuar atyre p\u00ebr \u00e7ka t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb. Kjo duket e sakt\u00eb n\u00eb rastin e mbulimit medial t\u00eb garave zgjedhore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb politik\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi,\u00a0 ku simpatizant\u00ebt e partive kund\u00ebrshtare kan\u00eb reagime krejt\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr ndaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit infrormacion ose fakt. Pra, edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi se mediat kosovare kan\u00eb arritur t\u2018i bindin njer\u00ebzit se p\u00ebr k\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb, por leht\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet se ato kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb bindje n\u00eb publik, sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebs jeta politike s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 nj\u00eb v\u00ebrtitje nga nj\u00eb gar\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn, sikur garat me kuaj, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave nuk ka asgj\u00eb pos parashikimeve p\u00ebr gar\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ndikimi i k\u00ebtij formati t\u00eb diskutimit publik mbi politik\u00ebn dhe demokracin\u00eb, ndikon jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb diskursin e p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsh\u00ebm t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve, por edhe se kush b\u00ebhet politikan, k\u00eb e kandidon partia n\u00eb gar\u00ebn zgjedhore, kujt i jep partia ose koalicioni fitues pozita qeveris\u00ebse etj. K\u00ebshtu kemi par\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb gara zgjedhore q\u00eb intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer nuk i kan\u00eb marr\u00eb votat e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb deputet\u00eb, e n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kemi par\u00eb mujshar\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb zgjedhur me nj\u00eb leht\u00ebsi t\u00eb frikshme p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb kritikohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb votuesit sesa formati dhe atmosfera gar\u00ebs, sepse n\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb kuajsh nuk mund t\u00eb v\u00ebsh bast p\u00ebr delfin\u00ebt. \u00a0\u00cbsht\u00eb fascinuese shprehia e emisioneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrnat\u00ebshme politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebqen\u00eb injoranc\u00ebn e audienc\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljen e saj p\u00ebr diskutim t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb e t\u00eb cek\u00ebt. Edhe ne, po desh\u00ebm, i kemi dizgjin\u00ebt e disa gj\u00ebrave n\u00eb dor\u00eb, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rol kund\u00ebrshues ndaj k\u00ebsaj ngusht\u00ebsie konceptuale mbi demokracin\u00eb.
