Student\u00ebt tan\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiten cil\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr treg t\u00eb pun\u00ebs por administrativisht me paisje diplome, t\u00eb mjafton t\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedosh me k\u00ebdo dhe t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje do ta krijosh gjithandej universiteteve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. E kur ke nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb till\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb edhe reagime dhe k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb tilla si t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj jave nuk duken t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme.<\/p>\n<p>Reagimet e studet\u00ebve t\u00eb universitetit publik jan\u00eb thjesht refleksion i problemeve t\u00eb akumuluara nd\u00ebr vite n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion. Vet diskutimi p\u00ebr afate \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsues, dhe tregon jo vet\u00ebm gjendjen n\u00eb universitet por edhe kualitetin e asaj q\u00eb servohet si dije, dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb produktin e saj, student\u00ebt . Ky \u00a0institucion akademik \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb instrument politik, me fokus n\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka tj\u00ebt\u00ebr \u00a0p\u00ebrve\u00e7 cil\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr asaj q\u00eb reagimi i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve studentor duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb agjend\u00eb e klaneve t\u00eb caktuara, shqet\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr mua \u00ebsht\u00eb insistimi i kahmotsh\u00ebm i student\u00ebve p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla si afatet, kushtet p\u00ebr kalueshm\u00ebri etj. \u00c7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla nuk jan\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb e student\u00ebve dhe detaje jo aq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb krahasim me marrjen e dijes. Duket shum\u00eb e pakuptimt\u00eb kur shef student aq shum\u00eb t\u00eb merakosur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e shtyrjes s\u00eb afateve, kur n\u00eb realitet ka aq shum\u00eb probleme t\u00eb tjera substanciale t\u00eb cilat me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet jan\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbshte paradoks i llojit t\u00eb vet kur student\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shtim t\u00eb afateve, e n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mungojn\u00eb me literatur\u00eb cil\u00ebsore, si kusht elementar p\u00ebr \u00e7fardo provimit. \u00a0Kur k\u00ebsaj i shtohet jokualiteti n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrim dhe vler\u00ebsim at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7fardo k\u00ebrkese tjet\u00ebr duket absurde.<\/p>\n<p>Sikur t\u00eb analizohen metodat e vler\u00ebsimit n\u00eb universitetin publik, dyshoj q\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi b\u00ebhet duke u bazuar n\u00eb standarde t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta t\u00eb p\u00ebrplimt t\u00eb tesit e l\u00ebre m\u00eb t\u00eb notimit. Vet\u00ebm moskalimi i student\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi kriterior, p\u00ebrkundrazi \u00ebsht\u00eb indikator i d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve po ashtu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnia nga profesor\u00ebt universitar\u00eb ajo q\u00eb nxit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh, dhe si e till\u00eb ke student q\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm kan\u00eb t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb disa her\u00eb n\u00eb provime, m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb provuar fatin \u00a0dhe rast\u00ebsin\u00eb, sesa me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuarit t\u00eb dijes. Jam shume i bindur q\u00eb shum\u00eb provime jan\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje nd\u00ebr afate, duke ua dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb studentit p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00ebs t\u00eb barazohet me nj\u00eb student t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar gjat\u00eb testimit t\u00eb rregullt. N\u00ebse ke pes\u00eb afate dhe nj\u00eb sistem jo t\u00eb mir\u00eb administrativ at\u00ebher\u00eb manipulimi nga student\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb i pashmangsh\u00ebm, dhe padyshim q\u00eb do t\u00eb humbet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuarit korrekt.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebtyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb enigm\u00eb p\u00ebr mua se si profesor\u00eb me kredenciale akademike, v\u00ebjn\u00eb interesin personal para atij institucional. N\u00ebse edhe kjo shtres\u00eb e shoq\u00ebrise nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shembull p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb mjer\u00ebt ne. \u00a0Kjo shoqeri i beson k\u00ebtij institucioni t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata t\u00eb rinj p\u00ebr t\u2019i kthyer t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur. E gjith\u00eb ajo \u00e7ka u servohet n\u00eb universitet \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjjegjj\u00ebsi e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb profesor\u00ebve. Pa dashur t\u00eb thellohem n\u00eb kualitetin e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, vet\u00ebm dua t\u2019ua rikujtoj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb profesor\u00ebve universitar\u00eb, q\u00eb ndjekja e vazhdueshme e dijes \u00ebsht\u00eb obligmi p\u00ebr ta, jo p\u00ebr avancim personal t\u00eb tyre, por p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndaj student\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fund, ka shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sesa bllokime t\u00eb tilla, t\u00eb drejtat e student\u00ebve mbrohen me k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr ngritje n\u00eb cil\u00ebsi, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, askush nuk do t\u2019i pyes p\u00ebr suksesin gjat\u00eb studimeve, hiqfare p\u00ebr afatet, por p\u00ebr at\u00eb cka do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb n\u00eb treg t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Le t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb kjo situat\u00eb si nj\u00eb nxitje p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb student\u00ebt e universitetit q\u00eb t\u00eb ngrisin z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr dinjitetin dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre, pasi q\u00eb si t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb vet\u00ebm jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht student\u00ebt. Ata edhe mund t\u00eb dalin t\u00eb diplomuar dhe me nota t\u00eb lart\u00eb mir\u00ebpo jan\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs, e kjo ju b\u00ebhet me dije t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb momentin e par\u00eb q\u00eb ballafaqohen me pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fokusi i \u00e7fardo iniciative p\u00ebr ndryshim duhet t\u00eb j\u00ebt\u00eb ngritja e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij rrug\u00ebtimi intervenime t\u00eb domosdoshme do t\u00eb prekin komoditetin \u00a0e plot individ\u00ebve, dhe \u00e7fardo reagime absurde t\u00eb thirrura n\u00eb status quo nuk meritojn\u00eb asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se mosp\u00ebrfillje.
