P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja shqiptare (pasi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb shtet) dhe Komb\u00ebtarja kosovare?<\/p>\n<p>Tash, kjo q\u00eb Abiti thot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet problematike. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dallim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm konceptual; t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket konceptit t\u00eb kombit kulturor (i njohur ndryshe si modeli gjerman), n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb zhvilluar historikisht edhe shumica e shteteve komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshi k\u00ebtu edhe at\u00eb grek, serb, shqiptar, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse, si\u00e7 dihet bot\u00ebrisht, kombi politik\u2014i njohur ndryshe edhe si modeli francez\u2014ka pasur nj\u00eb ecejake tjet\u00ebr historike nga ai kulturor: derisa tek i pari vet\u00ebdija komb\u00ebtare dhe ajo shtet\u00ebrore jan\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht (ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb kritik\u00ebn etno-simbolike q\u00eb Smith-i i b\u00ebn koncepsionit t\u00eb Gellner-it ai thekson se, megjithat\u00eb, disa tipare t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta kan\u00eb ekzistuar edhe para themelimit t\u00eb kombit politik modern). Ama si procese historike, e kisha fjal\u00ebn, ato kan\u00eb p\u00ebrshkuar nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim m\u00eb ndryshe nga, ta z\u00ebm\u00eb, kombi politik francez, kombi amerikan, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, kriteret klasike t\u00eb shtetit q\u00eb Abiti i potencon n\u00eb shkrimin e tij\u2014territori, popullsia, pushteti politik dhe aft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me shtetet e tjera\u2014nuk kan\u00eb kurr\u00ebfar lidhje, ama bash asnj\u00eb, me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00ebse nj\u00eb shtet \u00ebsht\u00eb komb\u00ebtar ose jo.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb dallim, mendoj, \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur Abiti ta ket\u00eb parasysh.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi i radh\u00ebs q\u00eb shoh tek ajo \u00e7far\u00eb Abiti deklaron; por n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi edhe tek diskutimet e kosovarist\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me konceptimin e gabuar t\u00eb raportit midis kombit dhe shtetit. Historikisht, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim Hegelian, Shteti presupozon Kulmimin e Kombit. Nd\u00ebrkaq p\u00ebr kosovarist\u00ebt tan\u00eb, Shteti presupozon vet\u00eb Fillimin e Kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Ironike, apo jo?<\/p>\n<p>Tash, k\u00ebta mund t\u00eb m\u00eb kund\u00ebrvihen duke m\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mir\u00eb, zotrrote, n\u00ebse shteti qenka kulmim i kombit, at\u00ebher\u00eb i bie q\u00eb ekzistoka kombi kosovar, sepse Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shtet q\u00eb nga viti 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht, nj\u00eb konstatim t\u00eb till\u00eb do ta pranoja sikur t\u2019i injoronim dy fakte t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. E para, vullnetin, rezistenc\u00ebn dhe luft\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019iu bashk\u00ebngjitur shtetit shqiptar. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ideal, si\u00e7 e dim\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, jan\u00eb rrahur, maltretuar dhe burgosur qindra e mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs; p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ideal jan\u00eb mbajtur edhe me qindra protesta dhe demonstrata popullore; dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ideal, n\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, kan\u00eb luftuar dhe kan\u00eb vdekur d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e kombit. Jo rast\u00ebsisht n\u00eb betimin e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cUn\u00eb, ushtari i Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, betohem se do t\u00eb luftoj p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e tokave shqiptare dhe bashkimin e tyre.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sot, natyrisht, ne mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi cinik\u00eb dhe t\u00eb hapareshemi me k\u00ebt\u00eb betim. Ama me k\u00ebt\u00eb betim kan\u00eb vdekur duke luftuar Jasharajt, Haradinajt, Fehmi dhe Xhev\u00eb Lladrovci, Zahir Pajaziti, Tahir Sinani, dhe plot d\u00ebshmor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb besuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb ideal t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe dy, faktin q\u00eb ky lloj shteti q\u00eb kemi \u00ebsht\u00eb megjithat\u00eb produkt i negociatave. Tash, n\u00ebse shtetin e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, si rrjedhim i bie se shteti i Kosov\u00ebs nuk ka se si t\u00eb jet\u00eb kulmim i vet\u00ebdij\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb kosovar\u00ebve, apo jo?<\/p>\n<p>Mbase\u00a0mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe kulmim i vet\u00ebdijes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare?<\/p>\n<p>Ku ta di un\u00eb i shkreti.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe problemi i fundit q\u00eb shoh tek ajo \u00e7far\u00eb Abiti deklaron, n\u00eb mos m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi, \u00ebsht\u00eb se ai i b\u00ebn nj\u00eb keqlexim t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsish\u00ebm statusit tim. P\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb patur rastin t\u00eb lexojn\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb kam shkruar aty (s\u2019po them fatin sepse s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb status kush e di se \u00e7ka), po e risjell k\u00ebtu shum\u00eb shkurtimisht.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht, aty kam kritikuar ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin me dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr komb\u00ebtaren; ose, th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb, me tifoz\u00ebll\u00ebkun sportiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Natyrisht, dhe si\u00e7 n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e kam sqaruar, komb\u00ebtar\u00ebn e konsideroj tejet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, sidomos n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb kur ideja shqiptare mbahet e riaktualizuar vet\u00ebm nga ana e L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje. (Mendoj se Aleanca Kuq e Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb muhabet tjet\u00ebr, meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb organizat\u00eb me prirje fashiste). Mir\u00ebpo ajo q\u00eb jam p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb them n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se komb\u00ebtarja nuk guxon kurr\u00ebsesi t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e vetme t\u00eb artikulimit dhe identifikimit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas, kritikt\u00ebn e kam zhvendosur tek ata t\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin dhe komb\u00ebtaren me dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesen e Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebr t\u2019iu shmangur keqkuptimeve t\u00eb mundshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, sidoqoft\u00eb, kam sqaruar se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahet nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat. Ama, si\u00e7 e kam n\u00ebnvizuar edhe n\u00eb status, frika ime \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb (keq)p\u00ebrdoret ideologjikisht, p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebruar hesapet edhe m\u00eb tej me iden\u00eb e bashkimit politik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, krejt n\u00eb fund, kam lavd\u00ebruar ata dashuria e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve p\u00ebr komb\u00ebtaren shqiptare dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesen e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht ekspresion i nj\u00eb dashurie m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Natyrisht, jo n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb kombi shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i zgjedhuri, por thjesht si nj\u00eb komb i barabart\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha kombet e tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Tash, Abitin, si duket, e ka ngacmuar fakti pse un\u00eb kam p\u00ebrdorur termin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e jo komb\u00ebtare. Dhe kjo, sipas tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fyerje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndaj shtetit dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsueses s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shpjegoj se arsyeja pse kam p\u00ebrdorur termin \u2018p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese\u2019 n\u00eb vend t\u00eb asaj \u2018komb\u00ebtare\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb ngase vet\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i referohen k\u00ebsisoji. Madje vet\u00eb kryetari i Federat\u00ebs s\u00eb Futbollit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Fadil Vokrri, dhe trajneri i i futbollit, Albert Bunjaku, i jan\u00eb referuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja tjet\u00ebr pse s\u2019e kam p\u00ebrdorur termin komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb se thjesht nuk besoj n\u00eb iden\u00eb e nj\u00eb kombi kosovar. Madje p\u00ebr dallim nga Lubonja, Matoshi dhe Spahiu (ju lutem mos e merrni k\u00ebt\u00eb si tendenc\u00eb timen p\u00ebr t\u2019u krahasuar me ta), nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb till\u00eb e shoh mjaft t\u00eb rrezikshme p\u00ebr fatin e kohezionit socio-politik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan. Sepse, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur shteti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe ai i Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb kapur nga politikan\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar, kriminel\u00eb dhe oligark\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm; dhe duke qen\u00eb se qytetar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb kurr\u00ebfar raporti identifikimi me k\u00ebto dy shtete, \u00e7do dob\u00ebsim i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm i ides\u00eb komb\u00ebtare vet\u00ebm sa do t\u2019i hap\u00eb rrug\u00eb partikularizmave religjioz\u00eb; dhe si rrjedhim, mendoj, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb p\u00ebrcahen n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb linjave religjioze. Por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb problematik\u00eb, shpresoj, do t\u00eb shkruaj nj\u00eb her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe arsyeja e tret\u00eb pse nuk e kam quajtur komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr dallim nga ajo komb\u00ebtare, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se tubon rreth vetes lojtar\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha territoret e banuara me shqiptar\u00eb\u2014Shqip\u00ebri, Maqedoni, Serbi, Mal t\u00eb Zi, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, thelbi i asaj q\u00eb kam dashur t\u00eb them n\u00eb statusin tim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tek eufemizmat e till\u00eb: \u2018p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese\u2019 apo \u2018komb\u00ebtare.\u2019 Po t\u00eb doni, mund ta quajm\u00eb edhe komb\u00ebtare. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithaq relevante p\u00ebr mua.
