Burri i saj doli t\u00eb jet\u00eb moderator i kahmotsh\u00ebm i televizionit publik emrin e t\u00eb cilit m\u00eb vjen ndot ta p\u00ebrmend. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, dy ish deputete sa ishin pjes\u00eb e \u201cGrupit t\u00eb Grave Deputete\u201d, me nj\u00ebr\u00ebn dor\u00eb e shisnin feminitetin, me tjetr\u00ebn dor\u00eb kapnin pushtetin ani pse gjendeshin n\u00eb mesin e hipokrizis\u00eb. P\u00ebr hir t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs, ato &#8220;banin be e rrfe&#8221; se nuk do ta votonin Hashim Tha\u00e7in p\u00ebr President. A nuk i kontribuuan ngushtimit t\u00eb prangave disa iniciativa kinse emancipuese q\u00eb u aplikuan n\u00eb vend sikurse ishin e jan\u00eb trajnimet menaxheriale p\u00ebr gruan e pavarur nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse? A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo thirrje p\u00ebr ta konstituar gruan n\u00eb rolin e burrit t\u00eb pasur, shtyp\u00ebs? N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj perspektive, shum\u00eb korifej t\u00eb liberalizmit me plot goj\u00eb e propagandojn\u00eb emancipimin gjinor (madje e mb\u00ebshtesin me lloj-lloj statistika) duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se si gjoja korporatat jan\u00eb m\u00eb performuese me menaxhment t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb \u2013 gra dhe burra. Nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen se \u201csi p\u00ebrfiton shoq\u00ebria nga barazia gjinore\u201d e lexova s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bllog nga Alan Wall i cili arsyetonte p\u00ebrmes raportit \u201cGender 3000\u201c t\u00eb vitit 2014 nga Credit Suissee.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse lul\u00ebzimi i korporatave me menaxhment t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb gjinor shitet si sukses p\u00ebr gruan, at\u00ebher\u00eb na sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen dy lloje t\u00eb grave: t\u00eb pasura q\u00eb shtypin, t\u00eb varfra q\u00eb shtyp\u00ebn. T\u00eb gjindura n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e 60% t\u00eb papun\u00ebve dhe pa vizion ekonomik, me borde t\u00eb institucioneve publike t\u00eb kontrolluara prej individ\u00ebve t\u00eb partive n\u00eb pushtet, me struktur\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore patriarkale dhe t\u00eb pabarabart\u00eb, ato kishin vendosur t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonin iden\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuese t\u00eb elitarizmit. \u201cPriFilmFesti\u201d at\u00ebbot\u00eb ishte etabluar si festival i tepihut t\u00eb kuq dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb lart\u00eb \u201cglamuroze\u201d, ani pse sponsorohej me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb promovimit t\u00eb filmit. K\u00ebto aktiviste kishin vendosur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb festival me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfaqin munges\u00ebn e asaj q\u00eb mendohej si karakteristik\u00eb e festivalit: gjithp\u00ebrfshirjen. Ky aksion i kishte vendosur pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e organizator\u00ebt p\u00ebrball\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie kritike me veten, saq\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht nuk mund t\u00eb kryq\u00ebzosh duart por je i detyruar t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjesh n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre. N\u00eb vitet pasuese ky festival ka filluar t\u00eb hapet. Kjo form\u00eb e aktivitetit q\u00eb detyron tjetrin t\u00eb mos i shmanget \u00ebsht\u00eb mjet q\u00eb detyrimisht emancipon.<\/p>\n<p>Barazia gjinore duhet t\u00eb synohet p\u00ebrmes barazis\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore. Kuota gjinore p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e grave n\u00eb institucione vendimmarr\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb pozitive dhe e domosdoshme, por q\u00eb e l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete dhe vet\u00ebm si e till\u00eb, ajo rezulton e pamjaftueshme. Ajo duhet t\u00eb rritet nga 1\/3 n\u00eb 1\/1. Shtypja e dyfisht\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr trajtim t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb. P\u00ebrtej gruas dhe burrit q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00eb mondane, \u00ebsht\u00eb gruaja dhe burri q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Paradoksalisht rritja e kuot\u00ebs do ta rriste hendekun n\u00eb mes grave e burrave q\u00eb besojn\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, prej atyre q\u00eb nuk e besojn\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, prej atyre q\u00eb udh\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb shtypin dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve q\u00eb besojn\u00eb se njeriu nuk duhet t\u00eb shtypet nga njeriu. Ky hendek do ta b\u00ebnte m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb iluzionin e emancipimit prej emancipimit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.
