Pra, tash e tutje, nuk ka m\u00eb njeri t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, lider t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, komandant t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, lib\u00ebr t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. P\u00ebr dallim t\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb pamoduluar, n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb segmentare statusi i t\u00eb i cilit nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i \u00e7ementuar dhe ngurt\u00ebsuar q\u00eb nga lindja, njeriu modular n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb moderne \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndrysh\u00ebm. Ai nuk lidhet me ndonj\u00eb status t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb individualist dhe i aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri t\u00eb detyrash, detyra k\u00ebto tejet t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr lindjen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb moderne.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb segmentare, braktisja e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb, apo ndryshimi i q\u00ebndrimeve, i bindjeve e i besimeve shoq\u00ebrohej ose me vrasjen e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve apo me le\u00e7itjen e tyre nga bashk\u00ebsia. N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb moderne, ne futemi apo dalim nga cfar\u00ebdo organizate pa frik\u00ebn a terrorin se pasojat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb vdekjeprur\u00ebse. Ernest Gellner merr\u00eb shembullin e Marokut t\u00eb vitit 1956. Me rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e partive politike n\u00eb Marok, \u2018fiset malore iu bashkuan atyre n\u00eb stilin e vjet\u00ebr, si\u00e7 e kishin zakon t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me l\u00ebvizjet fetare \u2013 ato e b\u00ebnin k\u00ebt\u00eb si kolektivitete, me betim dhe me theror. Fisi dhe jo individi do t\u2019i bashkohej partis\u00eb socialiste, dhe gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj do t\u00eb p\u00ebsonte nj\u00eb ka\u2019. Me rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e partive politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs, nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb gati marokiane \u00ebsht\u00eb praktikuar edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Familje t\u00eb M\u00ebdha, respektivisht fise t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, u jan\u00eb bashkuar partive politike, por, p\u00ebr dallim nga Maroku, pa pasur nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb sakrifikohej ndonj\u00eb dele apo ka. Duke qen\u00eb shoq\u00ebri kolektiviste, ku kryezoti i familjes dhe i fisit jan\u00eb pika orientuese politike n\u00eb sho\u00ebqri, q\u00ebndrimet e tyre p\u00ebr legjitiminin e partive politike kan\u00eb qen\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Prandaj, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kur dikush ngritet dhe flet jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kornizave konsiderohet herezi. Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb sunduar nga sunduesit e huaj p\u00ebrmes frik\u00ebs dhe terrorit. Vet\u00ebm fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, Kosova n\u00eb 16 vitet e fundit ka filluar t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb edhe sfer\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile me p\u00ebrkrahjen e partner\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb. Meqen\u00ebse nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb jo e vog\u00ebl e organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nga k\u00ebta partner\u00eb, partit\u00eb politike n\u00eb qeverisje sa her\u00eb kan\u00eb hasur n\u00eb kritika i kan\u00eb akuzuar k\u00ebto organizata si t\u00eb dyshimta, jolegjitime, zhvat\u00ebse t\u00eb paras\u00eb publike etj. Lidershipi i partive politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb familjarizuar me iden\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile. Kjo far\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie civile, sipas tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme p\u00ebr faktin se gjithkush flet \u00e7kado, kurdo e padroj\u00eb. Ata duan q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria civile t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kontrollohet m\u00eb leht\u00eb. Fatmir\u00ebsisht q\u00eb ende organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk funksionojn\u00eb sikur arsimtar\u00ebt e shkollave t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha katundet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku partit\u00eb politike i th\u00ebrrasin n\u00eb darka t\u00eb hershme ku u premtohet rritja e rrogave dhe u k\u00ebrkohet rritja e votave. Ndoshta, lidershipi politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironte edhe nj\u00eb dark\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb vjetore me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile. Pra, nj\u00eb \u2018dark\u00eb pune\u2019 qeveri &#8211; shoq\u00ebri civile me kerkes\u00ebn e vetme t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile \u2018mos na merrni fytyr\u00ebn. Pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie nuk ka mbajn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb yll n\u00eb kapel\u00eb p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cilit identifikohen si pjes\u00ebtar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj apo asaj organizate ushtarake, sekrete a gjysm\u00eb sekrete. K\u00ebtu nuk sanksionohet dikush q\u00eb merr guximin me fol\u00eb, me shkru e me mendu. Nj\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Kosova, ku autoriteti ende mbetet i shenjt\u00ebtuar, ku fjala e nderit dhe jo kontrata mbahet si vlera m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, shoq\u00ebria civile v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se t\u00eb marr\u00eb frym\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Kosova, ku katunde t\u00eb t\u00ebra i bashk\u00ebngjiten k\u00ebsaj apo asaj partie politike, shoq\u00ebria civile \u00ebsht\u00eb ende n\u00eb syth. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Kosova, ku kritika shikohet dhe analizohet p\u00ebrmes skanimit t\u00eb trungut familjar t\u00eb atij q\u00eb kritikon, shoq\u00ebria civile edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb mbetet vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb aspirat\u00eb.
