Ajo ka lindur me nj\u00eb diagnoz\u00eb q\u00eb e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb fizikisht t\u00eb varur. Duke mos pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb si bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt e saj, ajo sot nuk mund t\u00eb konkurroj\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak se i mungon njohja e shkollimit t\u00eb rregullt. Me plot vullnet p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar e nd\u00ebrtuar karrier\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb pes\u00eb vite k\u00ebrkon nga shteti q\u00eb t\u2019ia mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb vijimion e \u00e7far\u00ebdo programi arsimor p\u00ebr t\u2019iu njohur shkollimi i rregullt dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb punoj\u00eb e t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb profil profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Si e vog\u00ebl, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb ndier\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb rrethin e saj shoq\u00ebror. Edhe pse i \u00ebsht\u00eb pamund\u00ebsuar e drejta themelore e shkollimit, dhe ka ngecur prapa n\u00eb m\u00ebsime dhe n\u00eb aspektin shoq\u00ebror, ajo thot\u00eb se prap\u00ebseprap\u00eb, ka m\u00ebsuar t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb. Por me k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb pritur e t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar gjat\u00eb, ka ardhur edhe trajtimi jo i mir\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas saj e shikonin si t\u00eb ishte jasht\u00ebtok\u00ebsore dhe viktim\u00eb. Trajtimi dhe reagimet e njer\u00ebzve e kan\u00eb \u00e7uditur por nuk e kan\u00eb dekurajuar t\u00eb dal\u00eb m\u00eb shpesh dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t\u2019u angazhuar profesionalisht e shoq\u00ebrisht. Nj\u00eb bised\u00eb joformale me Pranver\u00ebn d\u00ebshmon se pavar\u00ebsisht se nuk ka ndjekur shkollimin e rregullt, inteligjenca e saj, pjekuria dhe reflektimi n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje themelore t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie, e b\u00ebn at\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuar sesa shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj e t\u00eb reja q\u00eb i jan\u00eb ekspozuar sistemit arsimor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku nuk inkurajohet mendimi kritik dhe dominon metodologjia mekanike e nx\u00ebnies. Kjo mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb rezultat i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb saj 14 vje\u00e7are n\u00eb Hendikos si aktiviste p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p>\n<p>Pranvera i \u00ebsht\u00eb afruar disa her\u00eb institucioneve lokale p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar qasje n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb program q\u00eb do t\u2019ia mund\u00ebsonte t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb or\u00eb p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cilave do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i testonte njohurit\u00eb baz\u00eb dhe t\u2019i njihej shkollimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb tutje e pranueshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend pune. Pavar\u00ebsisht se p\u00ebrvoja si aktiviste i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb njohuri, p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, e forc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndier\u00eb individ i dobish\u00ebm, ajo shpreson t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb profil profesional n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb q\u00eb jo medoemos lidhet me personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Institucionet u jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur se nuk ekziston nj\u00eb sistem i till\u00eb p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb kryer shkoll\u00ebn me koh\u00eb.
