Derisa bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe klerik\u00ebt kontraverz fetar f\u00ebrkojn\u00eb duart nga oportunizmi e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt refuzojn\u00eb me ngulm k\u00ebt\u00eb ide pa sqaruar se \u00e7far\u00eb n\u00eb fakt po refuzojn\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtja kryesore q\u00eb po ngat\u00ebrrohet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dallim esencial mes dy koncepteve: m\u00ebsimit fetar, t\u00eb definuar si predikim nga klerik\u00ebt fetar\u00eb mbi Zotin, jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrtejme dhe t\u00eb ngjajshme, dhe m\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr fen\u00eb, q\u00eb hyn\u00eb n\u00eb domenin e filozofis\u00eb, historis\u00eb, sociologjis\u00eb dhe shkencave politike.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr konceptin e par\u00eb, nuk ka p\u00ebrse t\u00eb diskutohet. Me koncensus t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet sekular, shkollat publike jan\u00eb ambiente neutrale sa i p\u00ebrket p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare dhe laiciteti i vendosur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i pacenuesh\u00ebm e i mbrojtur nga institucionet demokratike t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb nuk ka kompromis.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb diskutohet \u00ebsht\u00eb koncepti i dyt\u00eb, m\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr fen\u00eb si fenomen shoq\u00ebror e historik dhe trajtimi i saj mbi premisa akademike p\u00ebr zgjerimin e njohurive p\u00ebr t\u2019i kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00eb mori \u00e7\u00ebshtjesh p\u00ebrreth nesh. Nga ky koncept klerik\u00ebt kontraverz fetar\u00eb &#8211; veprimtaria e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb shpesh problematike e shpesh edhe e d\u00ebmshme &#8211; kan\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb paku dobi, sepse nj\u00eb emancipim i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm ka gjas\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn m\u00eb rezistente ndaj fenomeneve t\u00eb cilat sot jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me bekimin e disa prej tyre, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti me ekstremizmin e dhunsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Deri te ky konkludim se kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diskutim t\u00eb matur mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb vend se ta flakim tutje pa e menduar mir\u00eb, vij nga nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb personale e form\u00ebsuar n\u00eb vitin 2010, derisa po ndiqja gjat\u00eb studimeve klas\u00ebn e ligjeruar nga ish-kryeministri Blair mbi Fen\u00eb dhe Globalizimin, si p\u00ebrpjekje e tij pasi kishte dor\u00ebzuar pozit\u00ebn e tij politike n\u00eb Britani p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur nj\u00eb debat rreth pranis\u00eb s\u00eb fes\u00eb n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike dhe implikimeve q\u00eb ky zhvillim kishte p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn. M\u00eb duhet ta pranoj q\u00eb si kosovare e rritur pran\u00eb nj\u00eb familje plot\u00ebsisht sekulare arsyeja pse kisha vendosur ta zgjedhja k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb nuk kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me kurreshtjen time p\u00ebr religjionet. Feja nuk m\u00eb kishte form\u00ebsuar si individ dhe, p\u00ebrpos n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs dhe m\u00ebnj\u00ebher\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs kur si gazetare dokumentoja shkat\u00ebrrimin e monumenteve islamike dhe ortodokse serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb e armiq\u00ebsive etnike, religjioni nuk ishte pjes\u00eb e preokupimit tim. Shtyt\u00ebs i madh p\u00ebr mua t\u00eb jem pjes\u00eb e klas\u00ebs s\u00eb z. Blair ishte d\u00ebshira q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrmbyllja nj\u00eb cikli personal q\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr mua. Her\u00ebn e fundit q\u00eb e kisha par\u00eb kryeministrin Blair n\u00eb vitin 1999 isha refugjate e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e zhvendosur me dhun\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni. Nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb ulesha p\u00ebrball\u00eb tij si student n\u00eb Yale University. Doja ta kuptoja esenc\u00ebn e vendimmarrjes s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb intervenuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ndalur gjenocidin e Serbis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme gjenerat\u00ebs time. Mbi cilat vlera dhe parime ishte udh\u00ebhequr z. Blair kur e mori at\u00eb vendim? Nga prizmi i shkencave politike, si pjes\u00eb e interesimit tim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm akademik, nxitesha nga k\u00ebrkimi i p\u00ebrgjigjes p\u00ebr nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga sfidat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb modernizmit: nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes fes\u00eb t\u00eb gjej\u00eb solidaritet komunitar dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi, me bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb kosmopolite t\u00eb krijuar sikurse p\u00ebrmes globalizimit ashtu edhe p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb konceptit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut. Sado q\u00eb rrethanat ishin t\u00eb rast\u00ebsishme dhe motivet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur nj\u00eb klas\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb ishin krejt\u00ebsisht personale, ajo l\u00ebnd\u00eb ma nxiti kurreshtjen e deri diku m\u2019i dha edhe mjetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb debati q\u00eb sapo kishte filluar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjigje definitive nuk gjeta n\u00eb asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga k\u00ebto tema. Por, ajo q\u00eb arrita t\u00eb b\u00ebj \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb identifikoj \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diskutimeve n\u00eb demokracit\u00eb tona t\u00eb brishta.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb klas\u00eb, me ndihm\u00ebn e Universitetit Amerikan t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Fondacionit t \u00ebish Kryeministrit Blair, arrita ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisja n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nga viti 2013. L\u00ebnda ishte e bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb planprogram t\u00eb hartuar me kujdes nga nj\u00eb ekip i t\u00ebr\u00eb hulumtuesish dhe ekspert\u00ebsh dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur nga ligjeruesit q\u00eb kan\u00eb autonomin\u00eb akademike p\u00ebr ta modifikuar planprogramin p\u00ebr t\u2019i korresponduar rrethanave n\u00eb vendet ku ligjerohej. L\u00ebnda zgjedhore ofrohej nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb disa nga universitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha bot\u00ebrore, duke filluar n\u00eb universitetin amerikan Yale, n\u00eb universitetin kanadez McGill, universiteti britanik Durham e deri n\u00eb institucione t\u00eb ngjajshme n\u00eb Meksik\u00eb, Indi, Australi e Kore Jugore.<\/p>\n<p>Planprogrami i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs ndahej n\u00eb kapituj q\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb studimit kishin interaksionin e besimeve dhe bindjeve t\u00eb ndryshme, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti religjionet abrahamike q\u00eb kan\u00eb numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb, me forc\u00ebn e globalizmit apo pasojat e tij. Planprogrami p\u00ebrfshinte tema si ndikimi i religjionit n\u00eb zhvillimin ekonomik dhe promovimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut e deri te instrumentalizimi i tij p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb mobilizimeve politike e ndasive etnike, si dhe ndikimi i religjionit n\u00eb realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb gruas e t\u00eb komunitetit LGBT.<\/p>\n<p>Kund\u00ebrth\u00ebniet mes t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb njeriut p\u00ebr ta ushtruar religjionin, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u karakterizuar si jobesimtar dhe kufizimeve t\u00eb v\u00ebna nga shtete t\u00eb ndryshme evropiane, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, p\u00ebr ta ruajtur laicitetin, zgjonin shum\u00eb debat e k\u00ebrsh\u00ebri. Shpeshher\u00eb ndanin klas\u00ebn n\u00eb dysh. Rastet e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb cilat i studionim n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht se a besonim n\u00eb Zot apo jo \u2013 sepse kjo asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ishte tem\u00eb e diskutimeve &#8211; na jepnin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb mendime t\u00eb informuara p\u00ebr zhvillimet e dhunshme q\u00eb thirreshin n\u00eb fe, d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishim.<\/p>\n<p>U pyet\u00ebm se a po kthehej feja, apo besimi n\u00eb Zot, n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn ton\u00eb publike? N\u00ebse konkludimi yn\u00eb ishte se feja ishte rikthyer me shum\u00eb zell n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb provonim t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje se cil\u00ebt ishin faktor\u00ebt shtyt\u00ebs; pse po ndodhte kjo? A ishim pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb trendi m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb bot\u00ebror apo kishim t\u00eb b\u00ebnim me di\u00e7ka shum\u00eb specifike p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn? Argumentuam n\u00ebse demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb inkurajuesi kryesor i p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb fes\u00eb. I lexuam me v\u00ebmendje anketat p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar n\u00ebse \u201cZoti kishte vdekur\u201d ose \u201cZoti \u00ebsht\u00eb ringjall\u00eb.\u201d Me gjenerat\u00ebn e fundit n\u00eb AUK, e shikuam bashkarisht dokumentarin e BBC-s\u00eb p\u00ebr r\u00ebnien e Shahut t\u00eb Iranit dhe vendosjen e teokracis\u00eb e cila e shnd\u00ebrroi nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb modernizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet bot\u00ebrisht t\u00eb damkosur brenda nat\u00ebs. Pra, ishte nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkim shkencor p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje, i till\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodhte n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende tjera. Shpesh p\u00ebrgjigjet nuk i gjenim, por ato po i k\u00ebrkonim bashkarisht, sepse kjo ishte esenca e k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb dijes.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte l\u00ebnd\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ligjeruar pik\u00ebrisht sepse kontestonte q\u00ebndrimet tona t\u00eb ngurta t\u00eb krijuara nga t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat absolute t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb ndiqnin predikimet fetare dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve q\u00eb e kishin ndar\u00eb mendjen q\u00eb kutia e Pandor\u00ebs nuk duhej hapur. Ishte klas\u00eb q\u00eb i nxiste student\u00ebt ta analizonin rrethin e tyre, t\u00eb mendonin p\u00ebr dometh\u00ebnien e harmonis\u00eb fetare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb mes feve t\u00eb ndryshme, si ishte arritur nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb, a kishim ne si Kosov\u00eb di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u2019i ofruar bot\u00ebs? P\u00ebr rolin e Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse serbe n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit, p\u00ebr shenjat e para t\u00eb rrymave t\u00eb tjera fetare q\u00eb tashm\u00eb kishin dep\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe si e rrezikonin ato nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb fetare q\u00eb kishte bashk\u00ebjetuar me religjionet e tjera dhe me shtetin sekular. I inkurajonte t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr karakterin e shtetit gjithp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, ruajtje e monumenteve fetare, p\u00ebr sfid\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb argumentuar racionalisht mbi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat absolute, t\u00eb vetmet q\u00eb i ofron feja.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund, pasi q\u00eb kishim lexuar e komentuar, student\u00ebt merrnin rolin e rekomanduesve t\u00eb politikave publike, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur zgjidhje konceptuale p\u00ebr temat q\u00eb sot jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diskutimeve. A duhet t\u00eb lejohet shamia n\u00eb institucione publike? A duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej feja n\u00eb shkolla? Si kishte vepruar Franca? {far\u00eb po b\u00ebnte Suedia? Q\u00ebllimi ishte krijimi i opinionit t\u00eb informuar, ku do t\u00eb merrej parasysh brisht\u00ebsia e institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Kushtetuta e Kosov\u00ebs, prania agresive dhe jotransparente e asociacioneve fetare karshi lirive fetare dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, e asesi indoktrinimi i student\u00ebve. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha ishte nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim intelektual i nj\u00eb gjenerate e cila po e gjente guximin t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb dinte t\u2019i refuzonte ose t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u2019i trajtonte racionalisht k\u00ebto koncepte. Gjenerat\u00eb e cila p\u00ebr dallim nga ne, paraardh\u00ebsit e tyre, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijshme dhe e z\u00ebshme p\u00ebr rreziqet nga korruptimi i vlerave morale, mungesa e emancipimit e varf\u00ebria e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb shkap\u00ebrderdhur, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb hutuar, me nevoja t\u00eb shumta. Nj\u00eb gjenerat\u00eb q\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i ik\u00eb debatit me dogmat\u00ebt fetar\u00eb, por q\u00eb me guxim do ta konfrontoj\u00eb oportunizmin e tyre, gjuh\u00ebn e dyfisht\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb shoh p\u00ebrmes tyre. Nj\u00eb gjenerate e cila mbase nuk do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb ngjitet n\u00eb majat e listave t\u00eb shteteve q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb ekstremist\u00eb e terrorist\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019iu bashkangjitur kuazave t\u00eb rrejshme. Fundja, ne, si Kosov\u00eb, nuk ekzistojm\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, t\u00eb izoluar apo t\u00eb strehuar nga pasojat e globalizimit. Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb bote t\u00eb komplikuar dhe duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb hapa q\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb dhe veten ta shohim si cop\u00ebz t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote.<\/p>\n<p>Po p\u00ebrballemi me t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn sfid\u00eb &#8211; mbase t\u00eb shekullit &#8211; si gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb roli i fes\u00eb n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike dhe si duhet akomoduar at\u00eb n\u00eb demokracit\u00eb tona pluraliste, pa n\u00ebn\u00e7muar n\u00eb asnj\u00eb moment kontributin shkencor q\u00eb mund t\u00eb japin p\u00ebr observimet q\u00eb i b\u00ebjm\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb ambientin p\u00ebrreth nesh. A nuk do t\u00eb donim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sot t\u00eb kemi p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb hulumtuar e t\u00eb testuar, p\u00ebrtej spekulimeve t\u00eb vetmjaftueshme, se pse sot shohim m\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb xhami se para luft\u00ebs?<br \/>\nE kam parasysh q\u00eb argumenti m\u00eb i z\u00ebsh\u00ebm k\u00ebto dit\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria i kan\u00eb 1 milion probleme, 2 milion prioritete dhe se dy vendet tona duhet t\u00eb investojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkenc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dalur nga varf\u00ebria q\u00eb i ka katandisur. Pajtohem, probleme kemi shum\u00eb. Pajtohem q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb investojm\u00eb n\u00eb shkenc\u00eb dhe teknologji. Por, mbase ka vend p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diskutim m\u00eb t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb. M\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr religjionet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe m\u00ebsimi shkencor n\u00eb ambientet tona sekulare dhe neutrale nuk e p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebn sepse dyjat synojn\u00eb diturin\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt, edukimi me nj\u00eb planprogram t\u00eb forcuar n\u00eb arte liberale, ku pjes\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kan\u00eb civilizimet shpesh t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb librat fetar\u00eb, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shp\u00ebtimi yn\u00eb i vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Jemi angazhuar p\u00ebr jet\u00ebsimin e shtetit sekular t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi parimet liberale dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb premis\u00eb q\u00eb na detyron q\u00eb t\u00eb mos tkurremi nga diskutimi i t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb gjetje t\u00eb koncensusit q\u00eb na mund\u00ebson p\u00ebrparimin.
