Mir\u00ebpo, si do q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, po ta v\u00ebshtrojm\u00eb sistemin (neo)liberal, edhe n\u00eb kontekstin global, ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb individi p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb pozicionin e tij n\u00eb bot\u00eb, t\u00eb afirmohet edhe kulturalisht. Zhvillimi i demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb individit i ka hap\u00eb shanset q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Demokracia si garantuese e t\u00eb drejtave individuale ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb status mjaft t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore. Zhvillimet e hovshme q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur i kan\u00eb hap\u00eb horizonte t\u00eb reja dhe i kan\u00eb krijuar mund\u00ebsit\u00eb operimit sa m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb edhe n\u00eb zbulimin e formave t\u00eb qeverisjes sa m\u00eb efikase. Demokracia si nj\u00eb sistem i pandash\u00ebm nga liberalizmi ka prodhuar dhe po prodhon efekte mjaft afirmuese p\u00ebr individin dhe si e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb etabluar si sistemi qeveris\u00ebs aktual dominues n\u00eb bot\u00ebn bashk\u00ebkohore.
