Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri me mobilitet perfekt nd\u00ebr gjenerata \u2013 ku t\u00eb ardhurat e t\u00eb birit nuk varen aspak nga t\u00eb ardhurat e babait \u2013 ka elasticitet 0, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri rigjide, ka elasticitet 1, ku t\u00eb ardhurat e t\u00eb birit varen t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga t\u00eb ardhurat e babait. Sipas vet\u00eb karakteristikave ekonomike e shoq\u00ebrore, vendet n\u00eb zhvillim zakonisht kan\u00eb elasticitet shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt se ato t\u00eb zhvilluara.<\/p>\n<p>Implikimet e mobilitetit nd\u00ebr gjenerata jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta, duke filluar nga rr\u00ebnj\u00ebzimi i pabarazis\u00eb, tek krijimi i nj\u00eb elite ekonomike e politike e cila bartet nga nj\u00eb gjenerat\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn, deri te ajo n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ky artikull thellohet: pasojat gjinore t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb mobilitetit nd\u00ebr gjenerata.<\/p>\n<p>Rr\u00ebnj\u00ebzimi i pabarazis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb evident n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb me mobilitet t\u00eb ul\u00ebt nd\u00ebr gjenerata, sidomos ato n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat varf\u00ebria, papun\u00ebsia e dominojn\u00eb gjendjen socio-ekonomike, nd\u00ebrsa nepotizmi dhe korrupsioni e dominojn\u00eb gjendjen ekonomiko-politike. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt e atyre q\u00eb sot p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga sistemi duke u pasuruar, n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb me mobilitet t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, do t\u00eb mbesin ata t\u00eb pasurit e s\u00eb nes\u00ebrmes, duke krijuar k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb sistem kuazi-monarkik t\u00eb transferit t\u00eb statusit ekonomik. Duke qen\u00eb se elita politike dhe ajo ekonomike jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura ngusht\u00eb, e nj\u00ebjta vlen p\u00ebr krijimin e elit\u00ebs politike e cila bartet nga nj\u00eb gjenerat\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn. Fillimisht, tek faktor\u00ebt individual\u00eb, ku p\u00ebrfshihen aspiratat e prind\u00ebrve p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre, fatkeq\u00ebsisht dallojn\u00eb pritjet dhe planet q\u00eb prind\u00ebrit i kan\u00eb p\u00ebr djemt\u00eb dhe vajzat e tyre. N\u00eb rastet ekstreme, patriarkaliteti dikton qasjen se \u201cvajzat jan\u00eb p\u00ebr shpi t\u00eb huaj\u201d dhe si rezultat q\u00eb nga fillimi jan\u00eb qytetare t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb vet\u00eb familjen e tyre. Edhe n\u00ebse mobiliteti \u00ebsht\u00eb 1, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku pritjet p\u00ebr vajzat jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme nga pritjet p\u00ebr djemt\u00eb, derisa djemt\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb socio-ekonomik me prind\u00ebrit, vajzat, n\u00eb fakt p\u00ebsojn\u00eb regres.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet m\u00eb e dukshme tek faktor\u00ebt sht\u00ebpiak\u00eb. Vajzat, n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri patriarkale ballafaqohen me probleme t\u00eb investimit n\u00eb to dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre. Investimi, sidomos n\u00eb edukim dhe karrier\u00eb, n\u00eb vajza \u00ebsht\u00eb dyt\u00ebsor ndaj investimit n\u00eb djem. N\u00eb rastin m\u00eb ekstrem, vajzat nuk vazhdojn\u00eb shkollimin, nd\u00ebrsa djemt\u00eb po, e n\u00eb raste tjera, djemve ju ofrohen mund\u00ebsi shkollimi shum\u00eb m\u00eb kualitative se vajzave. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ekziston ende nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi se kapaciteti p\u00ebr sukses profesional varet nga gjinia, dhe si rezultat rr\u00ebnjoset trajtimi preferencial i djemve karshi vajzave kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr shkollim e aft\u00ebsim profesional. Investimi n\u00eb arsimin, n\u00eb aspektin financiar dallon n\u00eb mes t\u00eb shkollave publike dhe atyre private. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e <a href=\"http:\/\/ask.rks-gov.net\/sq\/statistikat-e-arsimit\">Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs<\/a>\u00a0tregojn\u00eb se derisa n\u00eb shkollim publik numri i vajzave dhe i djemve \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebrsisht i barabart\u00eb, n\u00eb shkollat private 43% e student\u00ebve jan\u00eb vajza, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ka 14% m\u00eb shum\u00eb djem. Edhe pse k\u00ebto statistika nuk d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb dallim n\u00eb investimin n\u00eb kualitet t\u00eb arsimit, ato d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb diskrepanc\u00eb n\u00eb investim financiar. K\u00ebto diskrepanca n\u00eb investimin, si n\u00eb pritje, ashtu edhe at\u00eb financiar, mes vajzave dhe djemve, krijon shteg t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb suksesit me dallim gjinor. Si rezultat, vajzat, jan\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prirura t\u00eb ken\u00eb mobilitet regresiv, n\u00ebse e matim mobilitetin nga babai tek vajza.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 aspektit t\u00eb investimit n\u00eb arsim, nj\u00eb faktor tejet i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ndarja e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb mes f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Me ndarjen e barabart\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, prind\u00ebrit i japin f\u00ebmij\u00ebve startin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb ekonomik n\u00eb jet\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu, sipas praktikave t\u00eb zakonshme, me mosndarjen e barabart\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb b\u00ebhet diskriminim ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sipas nj\u00eb raporti t\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.womensnetwork.org\/documents\/20140611153950100.pdf\">USAID<\/a>\u00a0shfaqen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna brengos\u00ebse rreth trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb baz\u00eb ligjore, por zakonore. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport rreth 55% t\u00eb grave t\u00eb anketuara nuk e ushtrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi, e prej tyre, rreth 68% e grave serbe e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb, krahasuar me vet\u00ebm 30% t\u00eb grave shqiptare. N\u00eb rastet kur trash\u00ebgimia ndahet ligj\u00ebrisht, shumica e grave heqin dor\u00eb nga e drejta p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimi n\u00eb familje, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe hisen e tyre v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve. Por, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, shpesh, vajzat as nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb heqin dor\u00eb nga trash\u00ebgimia, duke mos u ballafaquar me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00ebgojn\u00eb.
