Me apo pa d\u00ebshir\u00eb, jemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pothuajse secili n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb. Jemi t\u00eb verbuar nga politika dhe, duke ngarendur pas saj, kemi harruar se ka edhe gj\u00ebra t\u00eb tjera, madje shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sesa ajo. Gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb kemi ia kemi l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire v\u00ebzhgimi, e cila mir\u00ebmbahet nga politika. Dhe kur n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb caktuar politika vepron, ne zgjohemi si t\u00eb harlisur, sikur i fjeturi q\u00eb zhgjohet nga nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr e frikshme. Fillojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrtasim at\u00ebher\u00eb kur gj\u00ebrat pothuajse kan\u00eb marr\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e pakthim. Epo, k\u00ebshtu ndodh kur p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra shum\u00eb serioze, t\u00eb cilat prekin direkt jet\u00ebn tone, marrim vendime duke e p\u00ebrjashtuar arsyen. N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrte, t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb keqeje vendosim, por pa e shqyrtuar se pse dhe a duhet ta vendosim at\u00eb q\u00eb po vendosim? Pra, ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb inati, urrejtja na e p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb edhe jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb. N\u00ebse secili ia shtrojm\u00eb disa pyetje vetes si: pse jetojm\u00eb keq?, ose pse qeverisemi keq? Pse kemi politikan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqij? Pse kemi kaq pak kultur\u00eb dhe kaq shum\u00eb injoranc\u00eb?, e shum\u00eb pse t\u00eb ngjashme, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb ta kuptojm\u00eb fillin. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo gjendje e keqe nuk ka pikur nga qielli. N\u00eb fakt, e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr ne jemi ata q\u00eb shpesher\u00eb e kemi toleruar dhe ndihmuar, po ashtu. George Steiner thoshte se kur njeriu q\u00ebndron gjat\u00eb af\u00ebr s\u00eb keq\u00ebs, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb fillon dhe joshet prej saj dhe, nisur nga kjo, shoq\u00ebria shqiptare p\u00ebr shum\u00eb dekada ka bashk\u00ebjetuar me t\u00eb keqen dhe si rrjedhim edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb joshur nga ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Sikur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri me r\u00ebnien e komunizmit, ashtu edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb nga \u00e7lirimi, kemi nd\u00ebrtuar rr\u00ebfime t\u00eb paqena dhe jemi b\u00ebr\u00eb rob\u00ebr t\u00eb tyre. Si shoq\u00ebria shqiptare, edhe ajo kosovare, me t\u2019u \u00e7liruar nga masat shtr\u00ebnguese dhe daljes n\u00eb liri, filluan t\u00eb sillen me nj\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi ndaj t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe me nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrdorim ndaj s\u00eb ardhmes. Ajo q\u00eb ishte dje duhej asgj\u00ebsuar dhe e gjith\u00eb e ardhmja do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00ebn diktatin e atij pezmi, pezm i cili na ndjek edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. T\u00eb katandisur n\u00eb nj\u00eb mynxyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, jet\u00ebn q\u00eb kemi jetuar dikur, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb e urrejm\u00eb, edhe mundohemi ta zhdukim, sikur t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ekzistuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Kurse, aty ku na konvenon e idealizojm\u00eb deri n\u00eb bastardim. Mbase historin\u00eb e kemi ose p\u00ebr t\u2019u mburrur, ose p\u00ebr ta luftuar. Bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn n\u00ebn komuniz\u00ebm, si n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri edhe n\u00ebn Jugosllavi, mundohemi ta shlyejm\u00eb nga kujtesa kolektive. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka mbetur fare pak trash\u00ebgimi nga ajo koh\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr t\u2019u mburrur, assesi, por p\u00ebr ta shenjuar nj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb koh\u00eb. Do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb m\u00ebsohemi se e kaluara edhe kur ishte e keqe p\u00ebr ne, brutale madje, duhet ruajtur, duhet memorizuar, sepse vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb ec\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri p\u00ebrpara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb spastrim t\u00eb till\u00eb kulturor \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe rasti i fundit me Teatrin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta mend\u00ebsi, e cila nuk e duron t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn. E djeshmja \u00ebsht\u00eb ankthi yn\u00eb q\u00eb nuk na l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ecim p\u00ebrpara, sepse edhe individi edhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb zhvillimin e masin me t\u00eb djeshmen. Sivjet kemi nj\u00eb buxhet m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se vitin e shkuar. Sot jam m\u00eb mir\u00eb se dje. Reportori i sivjetsh\u00ebm n\u00eb teatrin ton\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i pasur sesa ai i shkuari. Epo, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ankthi p\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt q\u00eb na udh\u00ebheqin, sepse ata nuk d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb krahasohen me t\u00eb djeshmit dhe kjo mund t\u00eb shpjegohet se ata duke pasur frik\u00eb nga ky krahasim, fillojn\u00eb e rr\u00ebnojn\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb i takon s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs dhe krijojn\u00eb imazhin se \u00e7do gj\u00eb ka filluar nga sot dhe me ta. Harrojn\u00eb se k\u00ebshtu b\u00ebnin edhe paraardh\u00ebsit e tyre. Edhe ata m\u00eb mizor\u00ebt, mizorisht ishin sjell\u00eb me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn (sic!). Prandaj, mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb n\u00eb metod\u00eb, por jo n\u00eb qasje. Mir\u00ebpo, shtrohet pyetja, pse kaq shum\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr rr\u00ebnim? Pse i gjith\u00eb ky vullnet p\u00ebr rr\u00ebnim? Mbase, kjo lidhet p\u00ebr marrje ose mbajtje t\u00eb pushtetit. Pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtja e pushtetit. Secila klas\u00eb politike q\u00eb ka ardhur n\u00eb pushtet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto tri dekada, e ka paraqitur vet\u00ebn si shp\u00ebtimtare. Madje edhe zgjedhjet kur fitohen nga partit\u00eb paraqiten si \u00e7lirim. K\u00ebshtu, kishin ardhur edhe komunist\u00ebt dikur, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit. K\u00ebshtu kan\u00eb ardhur edhe k\u00ebta t\u00eb sotshmit, vet\u00ebm se n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Madje n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb edhe rr\u00ebnojn\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, por p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb rr\u00ebnojn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb tashmen dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb dy shtetet tona ne jetojm\u00eb keq dhe jo pse jemi t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, ose se jemi t\u00eb paaft\u00eb. Jetojm\u00eb keq, sepse jemi t\u00eb korruptuar. Politika ka arritur q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes sistemit t\u00eb saj ta korruptoj\u00eb pothuajse secilin person direkt, ose indirekt. Demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mekanizmi i cili e mir\u00ebmban k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb korruptive t\u00eb t\u00eb qeverisurit. Politikan\u00ebt q\u00eb ne i zgjedhim tash e 30 vjet, demokracin\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb si q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr zhvillimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shtetit, por mjet p\u00ebr zhvatje t\u00eb pushtetit. Demokracia si q\u00ebllim politik nuk i lev\u00ebrdis\u00eb nj\u00eb politike t\u00eb till\u00eb, sepse po u b\u00eb demokracia q\u00ebllimi i politik\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb konjukturat zhvat\u00ebse politike do ta kishin t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb mbijetonin. P\u00ebrderisa, demokracia p\u00ebrdoret si mjet nga politika p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime pushteti dhe p\u00ebrderisa ne si qytetar\u00eb zgjedhim politikan\u00eb zhvat\u00ebs recidivist\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn n\u00ebse vet\u00ebm t\u00eb par\u00ebt i konsiderojm\u00eb fajtor\u00eb. Prandaj, n\u00ebse t\u00eb par\u00ebt nuk fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ne qytetar\u00ebt kur ta ushtrojm\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn ton\u00eb demokratike, duhet ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jo p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim personal momental, por p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb tashme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb nes\u00ebrme m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt. N\u00ebse vazhdojm\u00eb ne e sillemi sot ashtu si\u00e7 jemi sjell\u00eb dje, pra duke legjitimuar, e rilegjitimuar zhvat\u00ebs t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies son\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk jemi vet\u00ebm hisedar\u00eb n\u00eb faj, por ndoshta edhe fajtor\u00eb kujdestar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rr\u00ebnohej teatri sot, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb mbrohej dje. Akti \u00ebsht\u00eb fundi formal i v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin dje ishin mbyllur hesapet. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i ikur rr\u00ebnimit t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore, apo asaj historike, duhet q\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb ta rr\u00ebnojm\u00eb nga kokat tona mend\u00ebsin\u00eb e provincializmit, ku ajo q\u00eb s\u2019m\u00eb prek, rrjedhimisht edhe nuk m\u00eb p\u00ebrket mua. Ti ose un\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos jemi futur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb teat\u00ebr, mund t\u00eb mos kemi ndjekur as edhe nj\u00eb shfaqje dhe, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, nj\u00eb teat\u00ebr nuk lidhet as me ty dhe as me mua. Nj\u00eb teat\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi kulturore e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie, e nj\u00eb shteti, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe trash\u00ebgimi kulturore e gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit.
