E natyrisht n\u00eb nji vend ku pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia n\u00eb popull asht e madhe, nji civilist do t\u00eb konsiderohet \u00e7do her\u00eb ma i dob\u00ebt se nji uniform\u00eb, nji opozitar \u00e7do her\u00eb ma \u201ci drejt\u00eb\u201d se nji pushtetar etj. Mir\u00ebpo, kjo s\u2019do me than\u00eb me qen\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb: nganjiher\u00eb thjesht ekzistojn\u00eb edhe dy t\u00eb dob\u00ebt e dy t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb aren\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs son\u00eb, sipas mendimit tem as pozita as opozita nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje, edhe me dasht\u00eb rast\u00ebsisht, me ba politik\u00eb, sepse jan\u00eb aq t\u00eb nxanun me determinue gabimin te q\u00ebndrimet e tjetrit, saq\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb koh\u00eb me dyshue n\u00eb ato t\u00eb vetat. Kjo n\u00eb thelb shfaq munges\u00ebn e tyne t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, asaj kulture q\u00eb fitohet me dije, at\u00eb munges\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebn t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs na vjedhin, na damtojn\u00eb e na shesin mend \u00e7do dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sot ma mir\u00eb se kurr\u00eb e dijm\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb me ardh\u00eb prej viseve t\u00eb larg\u00ebta perandor\u00eb e krala p\u00ebr me ia shterr\u00eb yndyr\u00ebn k\u00ebtij vendi, sepse ma mir\u00eb se na vet\u00eb nuk mundet me e shterr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn kurrkush. Po e shohim \u00e7do dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj hajnie, me protestue asht nji \u00e7ashtje, me bllokue kuvendin e shkatrrue qytetin asht nji tjet\u00ebr. Me t\u00eb par\u00ebn qytetari mundet me u identifikue, s\u00eb paku e ka shans\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa e dyta asht thjesht teat\u00ebr politik, q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se nuk po i ndihmon kurrkujt edhe po e rrezikon vullnetin e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr me iniciue ndryshime, tue i zhduk\u00eb shansat q\u00eb jehona kund\u00ebr padrejt\u00ebsive t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme me u ba pjes\u00eb e pron\u00ebsueme e identitetit t\u00eb qytetarit kosovar dhe e obligimit t\u00eb tij si qytetar q\u00eb vler\u00ebson drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, demokracin\u00eb dhe nuk d\u00ebshiron me q\u00ebndrue i turpnuem n\u00eb heshtje sot e nuk d\u00ebshiron me u mallkue nes\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Shoqnia kosovare nuk asht e barabart\u00eb me nji grumbull njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb krye me mendue, e megjithat\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht si nji tuf\u00eb injorant\u00ebsh po trajtohet tash sa vite prej qeverive q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn e shkuen, por hi\u00e7 ma mir\u00eb s\u2019po trajtohet prej opozit\u00ebs, n\u00ebse jo ma keq, e cila t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr protest\u00eb e ka shndrrue n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr me pas\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb em\u00ebn t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, mobilizimi i masave p\u00ebr me e mbrojt\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb demokraci n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u201cradikale\u201d (prej posht\u00eb nalt) qysh po pretendojn\u00eb me ba partit\u00eb opozitare, funksionon vet\u00ebm kur masat jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyne e jo kur partit\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb me i pas\u00eb ato pas vetes edhe kur s\u2019i kan\u00eb. Taktika: ndjellja. Ndjell frik\u00eb, ndjell sens t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs (pa mund\u00ebsi korrigjimi, e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi e dyshimi), ndjell ndjell ndjell. Problemi: Tue ndjell\u00eb nuk mbjell\u00ebt ma. Duhen ide t\u00eb reja. Ide q\u00eb shkurt e shqip, as VV-ja nuk i ka. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb n\u00eb rregull asht me e dasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e tyne, por nuk asht e drejt\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebn t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dashnie me e shkatrrue at\u00eb, sepse ekskluziviteti mbi definicionin e shkatrrimit i takon shoqnis\u00eb e jo forc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyne t\u00eb argumentit, apo argumentit t\u00eb forc\u00ebs. K\u00ebsaj shoqnie i takon me vendos\u00eb ku po don me shku: injorant, budall\u00eb, t\u00eb varf\u00ebn, t\u00eb paarsimuem, por ama shumic\u00eb. Kurrgja nuk e justifikon dhun\u00ebn e nji partie politike ndaj qeveris\u00eb, ndaj polic\u00ebve, me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera as ndaj kantave t\u00eb b\u00ebrllogut, e kerreve zyrtare q\u00eb jan\u00eb pron\u00eb e qytetarit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Republike. Jo pse jan\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb e duhet me u ble prap\u00eb, por sepse nji gur drejt tyne asht nji gur drejt ides\u00eb son\u00eb mbi paqen, zhvillimin, demokracin\u00eb e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn me qen\u00eb ndryshimi i k\u00ebtij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Ky popull edhepse duket sikur s\u2019ka mjaft takat me i sjell\u00eb ndryshimet q\u00eb i don, nji asht e sigurt, ai e din q\u00eb s\u2019ka vullnet as me u ba veg\u00ebl e partive politike n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tyne \u201ckush i ka votat ma t\u00eb forta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>E vetmja shans\u00eb sidoqoft\u00eb, q\u00eb kjo shoqni n\u00eb mes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs demokracia asht foshnje e sapolindun, me fillu me u identifuku ma shum\u00eb me demokracin\u00eb ka me qen\u00eb ajo kur kjo shoqni vet\u00eb nuk mundet ma me tolerue vuejtjen e diskriminimin, hajnin\u00eb e padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. \u00a0Kjo, vet\u00eb. Vet\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Gjendja e k\u00ebsaj shoqnie sado q\u00eb te jet\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb saj, ma s\u00eb pari \u00e7do her\u00eb asht pasqyr\u00eb e vetes. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb protestat e opozit\u00ebs e kamb\u00ebnguljet e pozit\u00ebs n\u00eb njifar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre p\u00ebrderisa nuk i kan\u00eb masat mbrapa vetes, jan\u00eb protesta e kamb\u00ebngulje kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj shoqnie. Nuk mundet me u imponue ndryshimi me parrulla patriotike e premtime monotone, e hi\u00e7 e hi\u00e7 me frik\u00eb. Nji \u201cimponim\u201d i till\u00eb mundet me ndodh\u00eb ve\u00e7 me dhun\u00eb. E njohim, e kemi pas\u00eb, nuk na ka p\u00eblqye, prandaj nuk ju ndjekim mbrapa.<\/p>\n<p>Partit\u00eb muejn me vazhdue me e mashtrue veten se jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb me e ba Kosov\u00ebn, por ata n\u00eb fakt e din\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr votuesin, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se nji muhabet q\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb p\u00ebrzimje t\u00eb \u00e7ajit t\u00eb rusit e shfryhet n\u00eb shamje nane drejtue ekranit t\u00eb televizorit, ata nuk jan\u00eb asgja ma shum\u00eb. Kosov\u00ebs i duhet nji kultur\u00eb shoqnore, ku identifikimi me partit\u00eb shkrihet ma shpejt se sheqeri n\u00eb \u00e7aj t\u00eb rusit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nji tjet\u00ebr me vlerat e parimet demokratike, t\u00eb cilat shoqnia d\u00ebshiron me i kultivue, jetue e mbrojt\u00eb p\u00ebrmes kritik\u00ebs e aktivizmit konstruktiv q\u00eb niset e bitiset prej shoqnis\u00eb e grupeve t\u00eb organizueme t\u00eb shoqnis\u00eb civile e jo prej partive politike. Politikan\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs prej qiellit s\u2019kan\u00eb pik\u00eb, pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij mentaliteti shoqnor jan\u00eb edhe ata. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb sado paradoksale, bash p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u201charmonie\u201c mes shoqnis\u00eb dhe klas\u00ebs s\u00eb saj politike, populli i k\u00ebtij vendi ndoshta po toleron n\u00eb nji mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe budallakit\u00eb e politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr shkak se tu\u2019 mos muejt\u00eb me u idenfitikue me bamat e politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr nga mentaliteti nuk dallojn\u00eb shum\u00eb prej tij, ky popull asht tue p\u00ebrjetue njji kriz\u00eb t\u00eb identitetit, ku kush ai asht e kush ai do me qen\u00eb (e mbi t\u00eb gjitha qysh ai do me qen\u00eb) asht thelbi i k\u00ebsaj krize q\u00eb shfaqet si apati.<\/p>\n<p>Deri at\u00ebher\u00eb kur partit\u00eb ekzistuese t\u00eb \u201eshpron\u00ebsohen\u201c prej individ\u00ebve q\u00eb i kan\u00eb ngrit\u00eb p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli vetes p\u00ebrmendore brenda tyne; deri at\u00ebher\u00eb kur shoqnia civile e k\u00ebtij vendit t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb ma kritike, e ma parimore e mos t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb ministra a zv. ministra t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr partit\u00eb ekzistuese q\u00eb i kritikon; deri at\u00ebher\u00eb kur organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mos t\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb q\u00eb demokracia nd\u00ebrtohet me raporte bardh e zi e miliona euro q\u00eb derdhen n\u00eb konto t\u00eb projekteve q\u00eb nganjiher\u00eb as n\u00eb formulim nuk kan\u00eb kuptim, e ku me qen\u00eb ekspert u ba si me qen\u00eb profesion n\u00eb vete, ndryshimet kan\u00eb me qen\u00eb ve\u00e7 fasad\u00eb dhe n\u00eb rastin ma t\u00eb mir\u00eb taktika politike q\u00eb aty-k\u00ebtu rast\u00ebsisht edhe kan\u00eb me sjell\u00eb ndoj dobi, ama ve\u00e7 rast\u00ebsisht dhe kuptohet koxha ngadal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shoqnia kosovare e ka zgjedh\u00eb moti q\u00eb don \u201cme u ba njeri\u201d n\u00ebn petk\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb, sado i paditun, sado i varf\u00ebn, sado \u201cbudall\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb konsiderohet, ky popull e din \u00e7ka don dhe her\u00ebt e ma von\u00eb kriz\u00ebn e brendshme ka me e tejkalue, e ma s\u00eb voni at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ka me fillu me ba pytje: pse me f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e tij me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizueme nuk punon kurrkush n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb?; pse f\u00ebmija i tij ushqehet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb sa p\u00ebr me ia ngi barkun, e pse n\u00eb vend t\u00eb nji brumi me sheqer nuk ushqehet me nji jogurt me fruta?; pse librat shkollor kan\u00eb aq shum\u00eb gabime sa jan\u00eb t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyne?; pse objekteve shkollore, ku f\u00ebmija i tij kalon gjys\u00ebn e dit\u00ebs ma shum\u00eb i vjen era shurr\u00eb sesa lib\u00ebr?; pse objekti i ri i shkoll\u00ebs pik\u00eb uj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr mure?; pse klasa ku f\u00ebmija i tij m\u00ebson ia rrezikon f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij sh\u00ebndetin?; pse objekti i shkoll\u00ebs,ku f\u00ebmija i tij m\u00ebson v\u00ebzhgohet brenda e jasht\u00eb n\u00eb tana an\u00ebt me kamera?; pse f\u00ebmija i tij rrezikohet me kap\u00ebrcy rrug\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb vendkalime?; pse pse pse pse pse, komplet indiferent ndaj kush kush kush! N\u00eb thelb k\u00ebshtu ka me ardh\u00eb ndryshimi, kur shoqnis\u00eb kosovare nuk i intereson ma as partia as filani, por i intereson me dit\u00eb pse kjo e jo ajo, pse k\u00ebshtu e jo ashtu, tue e pas\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb nji vizion t\u00eb qart\u00eb mbi opsionin ma t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm! Tue e dij\u00eb jo ve\u00e7 \u00e7ka don, por edhe qysh bahet ajo \u00e7ka don.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimet vijn\u00eb kur t\u00eb instalohet kultura e llogaridhanies, ku shoqnia si e till\u00eb p\u00ebrmes detyrimit t\u00eb saj me k\u00ebrkue llogari bahet pjes\u00eb aktive e procesve politike n\u00eb vend. Deri tani shoqnia kosovare as nuk ka k\u00ebrkue llogari sa duhet, e as nuk i ka p\u00eblqye me dhan\u00eb fort llogari \u2013 me kritikue e sha, nuk asht me k\u00ebrkue llogari &#8211; \u00a0k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb sidoqoft\u00eb partit\u00eb opozitare e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shoqnia civile kogja pasive ka p\u00ebrkufizue veten natyrsh\u00ebm ose me zor, n\u00eb kritika mediokre shpesh her\u00eb jo mir\u00eb t\u00eb informueme, me ose pa q\u00ebllim. Qytetari i randomt\u00eb q\u00eb ka kritikue, q\u00eb ka shum\u00eb pytje me pse, zakonisht asht akuzue p\u00ebr skepticiz\u00ebm t\u00eb tep\u00ebrt n\u00eb em\u00ebn t\u00eb ruejtjes s\u00eb \u201charmonis\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr me mbrojt\u00eb at\u00eb pak dinjitet q\u00eb ka njeriu, kur e din se jeta q\u00eb ban nuk asht faji i tjet\u00ebrkujt aq sa asht i veti, kur e di q\u00eb edhe BE-n\u00eb si destinacion, e cila vjen n\u00eb t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn paket\u00eb me barazin\u00eb gjinore, t\u00eb drejtat e homoseksualve, t\u00eb drejtat e minoriteteve etj., etj. e don ma shum\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pasunis\u00eb materiale q\u00eb premton, sesa p\u00ebr vlerat t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrbajn\u00eb themelet e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj ndryshimet tue qen\u00eb se nuk do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb aq shpejt, asht mir\u00eb me e pranue q\u00eb do t\u00eb vonohen edhe ma shum\u00eb, n\u00ebse lejojm\u00eb me mbet\u00eb audienc\u00eb e ngjarjeve t\u00eb zhurmshme e t\u00eb \u201cm\u00ebdha\u201d q\u00eb bahen n\u00eb em\u00ebn tonin e bahen n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim tonin, por nuk na sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb. S\u2019kemi nevoj\u00eb me u ngut\u00eb me pas\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, sepse t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb qart\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb koh\u00eb gjanat s\u2019kan\u00eb me u ba ma mir\u00eb, e kemi me pas\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ve\u00e7 me e \u00e7el\u00eb goj\u00ebn.
