Para se gjithash, kjo forma \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e duhur q\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit duhet t&#8217;u sqarojn\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen p\u00ebr karrier\u00ebn e tyre profesionale, qoft\u00eb edhe duke u p\u00ebrpiluar tekste t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesimit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn si vend me munges\u00eb zhvillimi, gjetja e nj\u00eb vendi pune konsiderohet si mision i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, derisa kjo strategji e orientimit profesional pashmangsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb ndikonte tek nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb t\u2019i zgjedhin shkollat profesionale si mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim dhe se e gjith\u00eb kjo baz\u00ebn do t\u00eb duhej ta gjente n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin e vazhduesh\u00ebm me bizneset, e q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave do t\u00eb duhej t\u2019u ofrohej nj\u00eb pag\u00eb solide p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn praktike me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb stimulimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<br \/>\nSipas statistikave t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb vitit 2017-2018, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb gjithsej 57 shkolla profesionale, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara n\u00eb 26 komuna. Prej tyre, 18 shkolla jan\u00eb teknike 12 mikse, 9 shkolla ekonomike-juridike, 7 shkolla t\u00eb mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb, 6 shkolla t\u00eb artit (prej tyre 1 shkoll\u00eb arti dhe 5 shkolla muzike), 3 shkolla bujq\u00ebsore, 1 hotelieri-turiz\u00ebm dhe 1 fetare, dhe se numri i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb vijojn\u00eb shkollat profesionale \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 60 mij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb nxjerra nga viti 2017- 2018, thuhet se p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit vendit i shtohen nga 6000 mij\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb diplomuar, nd\u00ebrsa 95 p\u00ebr qind e tyre, nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend pune. N\u00eb k\u00ebto 57 shkolla profesionale, po ashtu jan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara edhe kabinetet e pun\u00ebsimit me t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebhet mbajtja praktik\u00ebs profesionale si or\u00eb m\u00ebsimore, dhe n\u00ebse numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb i lart\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimet p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre shkollave do t\u00eb ishin tejet t\u00eb larta, ngase nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit do t\u00eb paguheshin p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb, e po ashtu buxheti i shkoll\u00ebs do t\u00eb shtohej nga p\u00ebrfitimet e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre derisa kjo do t\u00eb shtonte rritje ekonomike edhe n\u00eb nivel vendi, ngase do t\u00eb rritej mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve n\u00eb prodhimin vendor.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Kosova po mburret me mosh\u00ebn e popullat\u00ebs si m\u00eb e reja n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb duke mos pasur perspektiv\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar q\u00eb t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb pothuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb studimet e larta, duke ndikuar edhe n\u00eb zbutjen e kritereve t\u00eb pranimit e po ashtu cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb institucionet universitare shtet\u00ebrore dhe private, dhe se nga kjo shohim se jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb meritojn\u00eb t\u2019i vijojn\u00eb studimet, e duke u krijuar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb papun\u00eb n\u00eb vend se me koh\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnin orientimin e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkollat profesionale, sepse me aft\u00ebsimin n\u00eb k\u00ebto shkolla p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se do t\u00eb vinin m\u00eb leht\u00eb tek vendi i pun\u00ebs, edhe rritja ekonomike do t\u00eb ishte e balancuar.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, papun\u00ebsia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 30.9 p\u00ebr qind. Nd\u00ebrsa komuniteti i biznesit dhe sindikatat e pun\u00ebs thon\u00eb se ky num\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb duksh\u00ebm m\u00eb i madh, duke kaluar 40 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb ka shum\u00eb pun\u00ebk\u00ebrkues, por fatkeq\u00ebsisht shum\u00eb prej tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakualifikuar, derisa n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast padyshim q\u00eb shkollat profesionale jan\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr kualifikimin e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore, rritjen e pun\u00ebsimit tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe zhvillimin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Profesionalizimi i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga parakushtet p\u00ebr inkurajimin e investimeve t\u00eb jashtme, sepse pa nj\u00eb fuqi pun\u00ebtore t\u00eb kualifikuar, investitor\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb interesim t\u00eb rritur kapacitetet e investimit n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb diplomojn\u00eb n\u00eb universitetet publike dhe private, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt fatkeq\u00ebsisht nuk gjejn\u00eb pun\u00eb, ose detyrohen t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb lidhje me profesionin e tyre.
