Mbyllja e shkollave shtyu institucionet arsimore q\u00eb t\u00eb implementojn\u00eb m\u00ebsimin n\u00eb distanc\u00eb, duke e par\u00eb teknologjin\u00eb si t\u00eb vetmen alternativ\u00eb p\u00ebr vazhdimin e procesit m\u00ebsimor. K\u00ebto probleme e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur adaptimin e teknologjis\u00eb m\u00ebsimore. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit po ashtu duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se posedimi pajisjeve nuk mjafton. Shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn burimet q\u00eb kishin n\u00eb dispozicion duke\u00a0<u>ndar\u00eb telefonat e tyre<\/u>\u00a0n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndiqnin E-m\u00ebsimet. Nj\u00eb studim i nxjerr\u00eb nga Qendra p\u00ebr Arsim e Kosov\u00ebs (KEC) vuri n\u00eb pah se kjo marr\u00ebveshje stresuese vendosi nj\u00eb barr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrballueshme p\u00ebr familjet rome, ashkalike dhe egjiptiane. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, mungesa e dukshme e pajisjeve elektronike shtes\u00eb b\u00ebri q\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb besonin se k\u00ebto programe m\u00ebsimore nuk ishin zgjidhje praktike.<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/op-ed\/91286\/politikat-e-munguara-per-qeverisje-te-e-mesimit-ne-kosove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Investimi n\u00eb pajisje elektronike\u00a0<\/a>duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr shkollat dhe familjet me fokus n\u00eb k\u00ebto komunitete, meq\u00eb mungesa e ofrimit t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb nevojshme do ta d\u00ebmtonte procesin e digjitalizimit t\u00eb sistemit arsimor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse sigurimi q\u00eb pajisjet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb duart e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor, zyrtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga k\u00ebto grupe q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb arsimohen. Pabarazit\u00eb e gjetura jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtyre institucioneve, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb diskriminimi n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim me t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrballen prind\u00ebrit, ndikuan negativisht n\u00eb produktivitetin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, politika e zbatuar nga qeveria nuk llogariti pabarazit\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/op-ed\/90599\/sfida-e-pandemise-covid-19-si-mjet-vetedijesus-per-ceshtjet-ekonomike-tek-komunitetet-e-margjinalizuara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">e shkaktuara nga kriza COVID-19<\/a>. Nj\u00eb qasje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr promovimin e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb distanc\u00eb, e p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb ofrimin e zgjidhjeve teknologjike t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatura p\u00ebr nevojat e komuniteteve, duhet t\u00eb miratohet nga institucionet relevante t\u00eb arsimit.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb distanc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb form\u00eb e m\u00ebsimit q\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00ebsimin m\u00eb t\u00eb qassh\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rejat nga komunitetet rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian nuk ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb opsion adekuat. Si fillim, politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rolin e tyre q\u00eb t\u2019i drejtojn\u00eb burimet e nevojshme te shkollat t\u00eb cilat u sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb k\u00ebtyre komuniteteve. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit po ashtu duhen t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr familjet nga k\u00ebto komunitete, duke vendosur masa q\u00eb do t&#8217;u ofronin atyre mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb rast se shkollat mbyllen p\u00ebrs\u00ebri.
