E ardhmja e \u201ce-learning\u201d n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"news-left\">\n<p>Tashm\u00eb dy vjet n\u00eb pandemi dhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Kosov\u00ebs ende p\u00ebrballen me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb angazhimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb m\u00ebsimin digjital apo \u201ce-learning\u201d. Politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit jan\u00eb duke e marr\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe kuptojn\u00eb se mjetet n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve jan\u00eb t\u00eb mang\u00ebta. P\u00ebrderisa k\u00ebshtu mendojn\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb fush\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb kuptohet se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb perspektiva e vet\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr rolin e &#8220;e-learning&#8221; n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor. K\u00ebsaj pyetjeje ka tentuar t&#8217;i p\u00ebrgjigjet Qendra e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Arsim n\u00eb Distanc\u00eb (KCDE), me \u00e7\u2019rast, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, organizata u k\u00ebrkoi m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruanin se si m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb distanc\u00eb ndikoi n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb raport me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Gjetjet treguan se p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar maksimalisht nga e-learning duhet krijuar nj\u00eb mjedis i favorsh\u00ebm i t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit. K\u00ebshtu, meq\u00eb digjitalizimi i sektorit ka marr\u00eb v\u00ebmendje n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, zyrtar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar se si m\u00ebsimi online mund t&#8217;i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sa u p\u00ebrket sfidave t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me m\u00ebsimin online, shumica shprehen se mungesa e pajisjeve ishte nj\u00eb prej sfidave kryesore. Megjithat\u00eb, mungesa e burimeve t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzueshme nuk ishte problemi i vet\u00ebm. Prej rreth 200 m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb anketuar nga KCDE, *46 kan\u00eb deklaruar se mosinteresimi i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve ua ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nj\u00eb e kat\u00ebrta e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb anketuar menduan se nuk mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqnin v\u00ebmendjen e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre gjat\u00eb m\u00ebsimit online. KCDE mendon se k\u00ebto rezultate nuk jan\u00eb befasuese meq\u00eb t\u00eb shpenzuarit t\u00ebr\u00eb dit\u00ebn n\u00eb Zoom ose Hangouts mund t\u00eb zbeh\u00eb entuziazmin n\u00eb or\u00eb m\u00ebsimore. Kjo nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh tregon se m\u00ebsimi online \u00ebsht\u00eb i limituar n\u00eb video-konferenca dhe zyrtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ende nuk e kan\u00eb konkretizuar zgjerimin e p\u00ebrkufizimit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin online apo \u201ce-learning\u201d. P\u00ebrshtatja e nj\u00eb strategjie tjet\u00ebr, si p.sh. m\u00ebsimi p\u00ebrmes loj\u00ebrave apo \u201cgamifikimi\u201d, ose personalizimi i kurrikulave, mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e rezultateve t\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pa menduar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kreative, politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019i korrin p\u00ebrfitimet e k\u00ebtij formati m\u00ebsimi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Problemet me \u201ce-learning\u201d shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrqendrimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Kur m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit u pyet\u00ebn se \u00e7far\u00eb nuk u p\u00eblqen nga eksperienca me m\u00ebsimin online, ata theksuan var\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb teknologji, e cila ul nivelin e interaktivitetit n\u00eb klas\u00eb. Angazhimi i mang\u00ebt dhe mosp\u00ebrfillja nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur mjaft shpesh si nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e hasur nga m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit.<strong>\u00a0Mir\u00ebpo, dihet se n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga programet p\u00ebr &#8220;e-learning&#8221;, pasi teknologjit\u00eb b\u00ebhen nj\u00eb mjet me t\u00eb cilin ata mund t\u2019i shfaqin aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kreative pa u varur n\u00eb teste dhe detyra.<\/strong>\u00a0Rezultatet e deritashme tregojn\u00eb se zgjidhjet e propozuara nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr implementimin e m\u00ebsimit online sipas standardeve bashk\u00ebkohore. Edhe pse rezultatet nga ky hulumtim jan\u00eb t\u00eb kuptueshme, duke konsideruar kufizimet e krijuara nga pandemia, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb akter\u00ebt relevant\u00eb t\u00eb fush\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb presin m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga qeveria. Teknologjit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb integrohen n\u00eb arsim n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebn m\u00ebsimin m\u00eb dinamik, duke e shtyr\u00eb procesin e digjitalizimit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke marr\u00eb parasysh problemet me m\u00ebsimin online, shum\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor pyesin veten se \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrvojat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Rezultatet nga sondazhi theksojn\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr ndryshim, pasi t\u00eb anketuarit rendit\u00ebn rekomandime t\u00eb cilat variojn\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfshirja e m\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera &#8220;hibride&#8221;, deri te p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i infrastruktur\u00ebs digjitale. Megjithat\u00eb, nj\u00eb sugjerim q\u00eb u p\u00ebrmend nga shumica t\u00eb anketuarve, m\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht nga rreth 57.4% e individ\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb studim, ishte trajnimi mbi metodat e m\u00ebsimit online apo &#8220;e-learning&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Nga k\u00ebto rezultate fillestare mund t\u00eb nxirren p\u00ebrfundimet n\u00eb vijim:<\/p>\n<p>1.Kriza e paprecedent ka krijuar nevoj\u00ebn emergjente p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahjen e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e teknologjis\u00eb dhe m\u00ebsimit online.<\/p>\n<p>2.Nevojat m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr ngritjen e shkatht\u00ebsive rreth m\u00ebsimit online shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej atyre bazike (si ngarkimi i materialeve n\u00eb platforma online).<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, nj\u00eb trajnim i strukturuar q\u00eb inkurajon p\u00ebrdorimin e programeve p\u00ebr &#8220;e-learning&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhje duhur.<\/p>\n<p>Nga k\u00ebtu e tutje, pyetja mbetet se a do t\u00eb mund politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrtej kornizave&#8221;, p\u00ebrderisa p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapin &#8220;e-learning&#8221; apo zgjidhjet digjitale gjithandej? Aktualisht, duket se lider\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po merren me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje po l\u00ebvizin n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur. P\u00ebr shembull, \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar nj\u00eb grup punues, i udh\u00ebhequr nga figura ky\u00e7e n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit, Shkenc\u00ebs, Teknologjis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit (MASHTI), p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar se si t\u00eb digjitalizohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive sektori i arsimit. Pavar\u00ebsisht v\u00ebmendjes q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb m\u00ebsimi online nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit n\u00eb qeveri, mbetet p\u00ebr t&#8217;u par\u00eb n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb qasja ndaj m\u00ebsimit online.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria duhet t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyrat se si k\u00ebto teknologji mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin v\u00ebmendjen e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe se si mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb mjedisin e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit m\u00eb dinamik. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike, investimet n\u00eb trajnime specifike do t\u00eb ndihmonin n\u00eb realizimin e k\u00ebtyre synimeve. Situata me pandemin\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar se si m\u00ebsimi online ose \u201ce-learning\u201d mund t\u00eb angazhoj\u00eb dhe frym\u00ebzoj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga t\u00eb gjitha sferat e jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ky Oped \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cAvokimi p\u00ebr integrimin digjital n\u00eb sistemin arsimor\u201d, implementuar nga KCDE, si pjes\u00eb e programit \u201cRritja e Angazhimit Qytetar n\u00eb Agjend\u00ebn Digjitale \u2013 ICEDA\u201d financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian \u2013 BE dhe zbatuar nga Fondacioni Metamorfosis (Maqedoni), Open Data Kosova (Kosov\u00eb), Akademia e Qeverisjes (Estoni), CRTA \u2013 Qendra p\u00ebr K\u00ebrkim, Transparenc\u00eb dhe P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi (Serbi), OJQ 35mm (Mali i Zi) dhe L\u00ebvizja Mjaft!
