Q\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb her\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim q\u00eb vet\u00eb emri i Ballkanit vjen nga Perandoria Osmane, sipas nj\u00eb mendimi t\u00eb bazuar. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, arkitektura, ushqimi, kultura, muzika dhe gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ose tjetr\u00ebn me Perandorin\u00eb Osmane. Ishin osman\u00ebt ata q\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb Ballkanin Ballkan. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, n\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb Ballkanit ka turq ose mysliman\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur nga Perandoria Osmane dhe ka ballkanas t\u00eb imigruar n\u00eb Turqi. \u00a0Ndikimi i k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhur \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket mbajtjes gjall\u00eb t\u00eb ides\u00eb s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane dhe osmanizmit. Sidomos n\u00eb ngjarjet e viteve 1990, kjo marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie filloi t\u00eb ndizej m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Politika e AKP-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Ballkanin \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur nga ndikimi n\u00eb rritje ish-ministrit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme dhe ish-kryeministrit Davuto\u011flu, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht q\u00eb nga viti 2009. Kjo faz\u00eb u sh\u00ebnua nga intensifikimi i shtrirjes diplomatike t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan, i cili ishte i mbushur me referenca p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e saj osmane.<a name=\"_Hlk86240778\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Davuto\u011flu si nj\u00eb akademik me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb dhe dije t\u00eb thell\u00eb zhvilloi shum\u00eb nga idet\u00eb e tij n\u00eb lidhje me pozicionin global t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb po ndodhte n\u00eb Ballkan. Si\u00e7 u shpreh n\u00eb studimin e tij p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb Thell\u00ebsis\u00eb Strategjike, Davuto\u011flu besonte se Turqia n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb fatin e saj historik dhe t\u00eb dal\u00eb si nj\u00eb fuqi globale duhet ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb orientimin e saj per\u00ebndimor me nj\u00eb interesim m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb n\u00eb Lindjen e Mesme dhe Ballkan. Gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tij si minist\u00ebr i Jasht\u00ebm, Turqia u b\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb aktive n\u00eb k\u00ebto rajone. Edhe pse me largimin e Davuto\u011flus nga AKP-ja fuqia e tij politike \u00ebsht\u00eb zbehur, qeveria e tanishme e Turqis\u00eb e vazhdon k\u00ebt\u00eb politik\u00eb por me nj\u00eb qasje shum\u00eb m\u00eb pragmatiste.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, nuk do t\u00eb ishte gabim t\u00eb thuhet se ekziston nj\u00eb spekt\u00ebr osmanist n\u00eb Ballkan dhe se Ballkani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mejdan i osmanizmit, mes t\u00eb tjerash.
