Ju ka rastisur t\u00eb shkoni n\u00eb nj\u00eb kafene t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb dhe jo aq moderne dhe aty t\u00eb gjeni nj\u00eb komoditet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb u p\u00ebrgjigjet sentimenteve tuaja? K\u00ebshtu kemi vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb grimc\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypjes se p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb atmosfere \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mbase nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb risi t\u00eb thuhet q\u00eb sistemet politike e kan\u00eb diferencuar ambientin material dhe fizik dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha at\u00eb psikik t\u00eb zot\u00ebrimeve t\u00eb tyre dhe rrjedhimisht kan\u00eb dep\u00ebrtuar deri te qeliza shoq\u00ebrore \u2013 familja dhe deri te qeliza individuale \u2013 psika e njer\u00ebzve. Por, a jan\u00eb destinuar fillimisht sistemet politike ta zot\u00ebrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ndikim mbi individin, apo \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur jetesa n\u00eb distancim nga k\u00ebto qasje dhe individi t\u00eb ket\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn dhe lirin\u00eb e vet autonome brenda sistemit?<\/p>\n<p>Shembuj t\u00eb sistemeve totalitare dhe diktatoriale japin nj\u00eb mesazh q\u00eb liria individuale \u00ebsht\u00eb reduktuar deri n\u00eb at\u00eb mas\u00eb sa q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ekzistuar as si form\u00eb e mendimit personal (n\u00eb vetvete), por t\u00eb jet\u00eb adaptuar n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit kolektiv. P\u00ebrjashto njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb ruajtur nj\u00eb autonomi t\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit n\u00eb heshtje, ose si\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb diskurset religjioze \u201cn\u00eb zemrat e tyre\u201d, por ka reduktuar \u00e7do form\u00eb t\u00eb shprehjes apo veprimit.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse, n\u00ebse shohim nga ka lindur ideja e nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb till\u00eb \u2013 duke i konsideruar historit\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb shteteve moderne por dhe historin\u00eb pararend\u00ebse t\u00eb formimit dhe shembjes s\u00eb perandorive, si dhe para tyre formave fisnore t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb \u201cmini-shteteve\u201d \u2013 a kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ato me prirje totalitare qysh n\u00eb fillim?<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrehet q\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrsiatje mbi historin\u00eb e sistemeve politike na lidhet ngusht\u00eb m\u00eb pyetjen tjet\u00ebr rreth natyr\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore \u2013 tendenca dominuese, ndryshimi i sjelljes, edukimi dhe manifestimi i ideve inovative si dhe lindja e idealeve. A ka nisur gjith\u00e7ka nga nj\u00eb njeri idealist apo dominues, apo psikodinamika e grupit dhe nevojat ekzistenciale t\u00eb koh\u00ebs i kan\u00eb form\u00ebsuar madje edhe tendencat njer\u00ebzore?<\/p>\n<p>E di q\u00eb k\u00ebto jan\u00eb disa nga pyetjet e shkencave shoq\u00ebrore, filozofis\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, por q\u00ebllimi i pyetjeve sokratike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb patjet\u00ebr dh\u00ebnia e p\u00ebrgjigjes sa \u00ebsht\u00eb nxitja e shqyrtimit dhe ekzaminimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre realiteteve, prandaj edhe q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij reflektimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesuese, le t\u00eb themi, mbi ndikimin aktual q\u00eb sistemi juaj politik ka mbi ju.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb th\u00ebnie e gjetur nga Kerry Washington, mandej e cituar shum\u00eb shpesh nga Aung San Suu Kyi n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet e veta politike, q\u00eb thot\u00eb se: \u201c<em>Ju mund t\u00eb jeni duke mos menduar p\u00ebr politik\u00ebn, por politika mendon p\u00ebr ju<\/em>\u201d. N\u00eb interpretimin e par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vetevident fakti q\u00eb politikan\u00ebt n\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjen e tyre jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm duke i zbatuar \u2018termat e tyre t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs\u2019 dhe po mendojn\u00eb, n\u00ebn obligimin e tyre, p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt. N\u00eb thellimin e nj\u00eb niveli t\u00eb dyt\u00eb pas k\u00ebsaj, th\u00ebnia i flet edhe qytetarit neglizhent i\/e cili\/a nuk shpreh interesim t\u00eb votoj\u00eb apo t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb veprime p\u00ebr ndryshime politike \u2013 por megjithat\u00eb ky individ nuk mund ta ruaj\u00eb autonomin\u00eb e tij\/saj t\u00eb ambientit socio-politik sepse do t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb brenda politikave t\u00eb vendit, q\u00eb nuk i ka zgjedhur.<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb sistemet, q\u00ebkur kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb jehon\u00eb n\u00eb fise, grupe dhe sub-grupe, e kan\u00eb ng\u00ebrthyer pushtetin e tyre social duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb aktor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb drame t\u00eb shkruar bashk\u00ebrisht sipas veprimit dhe mosveprimit t\u00eb individ\u00ebve. Karls dhe Engels pat\u00ebn sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb re p\u00ebr organizmin shtet\u00ebror dhe le t\u00eb themi nj\u00eb ideal t\u00eb ri \u2013 nj\u00eb kombinim p\u00ebrvojash, njohurish dhe aspiratash t\u00eb tyre. \u00a0Ngjash\u00ebm ka pasur individ\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb cil\u00ebt disi ia kan\u00eb dal\u00eb t\u00eb distancohen nga kushtet e jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre politike, pra sistemeve, dhe kan\u00eb krijuar ide t\u00eb reja t\u00eb \u201cs\u00eb drejt\u00ebs\u201d dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb \u201cdobishmes kolektive\u201d. Por, \u00e7ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson individi i till\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo sistemi? Si quhen ata njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i tejkalojn\u00eb sistemet aktuale n\u00eb tentimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb ri m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm? \u00c7far\u00eb faktor\u00eb personal\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb distancimin nga sistemi dhe si kuptohet kjo nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb besnik\u00eb apo indiferent\u00eb ndaj sistemit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin jetojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjetja m\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore p\u00ebr t\u00eb diktuar konceptin e krijimit t\u00eb di\u00e7kaje q\u00eb e determinon sjelljen e individit n\u00eb sisteme politike m\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sy nga Simone de Bouvouir, ku sistemin e b\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr krijimin e vlerave. Kosova megjithat\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb koktej ndikimesh por s\u2019mund ta mohojm\u00eb dhe ndikimin e sistemeve politike t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 23 vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, kur le t\u00eb themi sistemi na ka shp\u00ebrblyer dhe m\u00ebsuar se shkolla nuk kryen pun\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm, e prandaj duhet t\u00eb jesh i\/e gjindsh\u00ebm\/me. T\u00eb jesh i\/e gjindsh\u00ebm\/me, \u00e7far\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton at\u00ebher\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb esenc\u00eb, aludimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb sistemet politike moderne jan\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb e riedukimit, prezantimit apo imponimit t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb caktuara, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb fund i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb vet\u00eb sistemit dhe jo popullit. Dallimi ndoshta nga koh\u00ebt e shek. XX \u00ebsht\u00eb se ky imponim m\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb direkt, por b\u00ebhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb subtile, duke prezantuar mund\u00ebsi dhe kushte t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb dukje jan\u00eb t\u00eb favorshme por n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb zbehjen e individualitetit dhe fuqis\u00eb personale t\u00eb veprimit, nj\u00eb shtremb\u00ebrim i dh\u00ebn\u00eb i m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit dhe sjelljes.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, nga ajo q\u00eb u tha m\u00eb lart, ndodh nj\u00eb \u201ctransformim masiv\u201d, por dhe nj\u00eb linj\u00eb direkte e ndikimit t\u00eb psikologjis\u00eb s\u00eb politik\u00ebs n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin mendor t\u00eb individit.
