Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, si p\u00ebrkufizohet nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb komb? K\u00ebrkimi i p\u00ebrgjigjes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje ka \u00e7uar te nj\u00eb vrojtim q\u00eb dallon dy m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb krijimit dhe p\u00ebrjetimit t\u00eb kombeve: nj\u00ebri <\/span><b>territorial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ose <\/span><b>qytetar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dhe tjetri, <\/span><b>etno-kulturor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. N\u00eb vijim shohim se \u00e7far\u00eb na zbulon ky vrojtim n\u00eb lidhje me krijimin dhe kuptimin ose p\u00ebrjetimin e kombeve?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kombi qytetar dhe kombi etnik<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jan\u00eb dy m\u00ebnyra se si krijohen, shfaqen dhe p\u00ebrjetohen kombet: kombi qytetar dhe kombi etnik. Kombi qytetar n\u00ebnkupton se popullata e nj\u00eb territori zhvillon nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije kolektive t\u00eb fatit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt politik dhe t\u00eb aspiratave politike, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin popullsin\u00eb brenda nj\u00eb territori t\u00eb caktuar, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre etno-kulturore, fetare a gjuh\u00ebsore. Sipas k\u00ebtij kuptimi, t\u2019i p\u00ebrkas\u00ebsh kombit ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me an\u00ebtar\u00ebsin\u00eb vullnetare politike n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizuar sipas territorit. Pra, n\u00eb parim, q\u00eb t\u00eb jesh ose b\u00ebhesh pjes\u00ebtar i nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb till\u00eb, mjafton t\u00eb kesh lindur n\u00eb shtetin e atij kombi ose t\u00eb natyralizohesh si shtetas i tij. K\u00ebtu, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia komb\u00ebtare dhe shtet\u00ebsia ose qytetaria jan\u00eb pothuajse sinonime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00ebnyra tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb kombi etnik i cili n\u00ebnkupton krijimin e kombit si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin prejardhjen e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe identifikohen me karakteristika t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta kulturore, si, bie fjala, me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb ose fe t\u00eb caktuar. Kombi etnik thekson lidhjet fisnore, gjuh\u00ebsore, racore, etnike dhe fetare, mes t\u00eb tjerash, duke theksuar k\u00ebshtu ekzistenc\u00ebn e hershme, madje t\u00eb par\u00ebhershme t\u00eb kombit. Identiteti komb\u00ebtar, q\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb parime etnike dhe kulturore, zakonisht p\u00ebrcillet me nj\u00eb ide esencialiste t\u00eb kombit, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se thelbi i kombit ruhet i pandikuar nga shnd\u00ebrrimet, asimilimet, akulturimet, shkrirjet e p\u00ebrzierjet e kombit <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cton\u00eb\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> me kombe\u00a0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ct\u00eb tjera\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Modeli francez dhe modeli gjerman<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrqasur k\u00ebto dy forma t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb kombeve, qytetar dhe etnik, r\u00ebndom si modele t\u00eb dallueshme merren kombi francez, n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb, dhe ai gjerman, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. M\u00eb pas, kryengritjet e elitave t\u00eb kreol\u00ebve t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs Latine q\u00eb synonin ruajtjen e pushtetit politik, pasurin\u00eb dhe statusin e tyre, rezultuan n\u00eb ndjenja nacionaliste qytetare dhe l\u00ebvizje q\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund ia dol\u00ebn t\u00eb krijonin shtete t\u00eb pavarura komb\u00ebtare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebr dallim nga kjo, kombi gjerman ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vet\u00ebm popullsi q\u00eb kishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta tipare t\u00eb caktuara kulturore, etnike, fetare e gjuh\u00ebsore. Kjo form\u00eb e identifikimit komb\u00ebtar u konceptua n\u00eb romantizmin gjerman dhe u p\u00ebrhap n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb globit: n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Qendrore dhe Lindore, ku perandorit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha osmane, ruse, austriake kan\u00eb sunduar me shekuj, si dhe n\u00eb rajonet italiane dhe gjermane t\u00eb cop\u00ebtuara politikisht, l\u00ebvizjet nacionaliste k\u00ebrkonin q\u00eb hart\u00ebn politike ta vizatonin p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb linjave gjuh\u00ebsore dhe kulturore. Natyrisht, kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha kombet \u201cper\u00ebndimore\u201d kan\u00eb ndjekur modelin francez ose se t\u00eb gjitha kombet \u201clindore\u201d kan\u00eb ndjekur modelin gjerman.
