Me ardhjen e kombeve, shohim nj\u00eb ndryshim rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike dhe kulturore t\u00eb popujve q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr konceptimin dhe organizimin e pushtetit politik, shtetit dhe sovranitetit. Kombi, si grup njer\u00ebzish politikisht t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm me ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsie n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta kulturore t\u00eb shkaktuara nga moderniteti dhe t\u00eb fatit e aspiratave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta politike n\u00eb nj\u00eb territor t\u00eb caktuar, b\u00ebhet nj\u00ebsia dhe parimi ky\u00e7 n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Shtetet komb\u00ebtare ose shtetet-kombet formohen gjat\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XIX dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekulli XX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb boshti i teoris\u00eb moderniste ose konstruksioniste, q\u00eb kombet i sheh si dukuri moderne dhe konstrukte shoq\u00ebrore. N\u00eb teorin\u00eb sociologjike, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/vita-contemplativa-bllogje-tematike\/89908\/dy-rrefime-per-dy-planete-ose-teoria-e-konstruktimit-shoqeror\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ckonstruksion shoq\u00ebror\u201d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em\u00ebrton nocione dhe entitete konvencionale t\u00eb krijuara n\u00eb kontekste t\u00eb caktuara kulturore dhe shoq\u00ebrore. K\u00ebto \u201cekzistojn\u00eb\u201d ngase njer\u00ebzit besojn\u00eb ashtu dhe funksionojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje p\u00ebr pranimin e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar kombin, teoricien\u00ebt modernist\u00eb zakonisht analizojn\u00eb prejardhjen e kombeve t\u00eb para duke k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb kontekstin socio-historik q\u00eb nga shekulli XVI, q\u00eb gradualisht ka z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar format e vjetra t\u00eb identiteteve grupore me identitetin komb\u00ebtar. Ata argumentojn\u00eb se procesi i modernitetit n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, nuk u ka l\u00ebn\u00eb vend autoriteteve dinastike dhe fetare dhe ka paraqitur domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nj\u00eb forme t\u00eb re legjitimiteti p\u00ebr autoritetet m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera qendrore. Kjo zhvendosje \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar ose nga industrializimi dhe sistemi arsimor i standardizuar (Gellner, 2009), ose nga r\u00ebnia e \u201cBot\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronte n\u00eb Mesjet\u00eb, ose nga \u201ckapitalizmi i shtypit\u201d q\u00eb mund\u00ebsoi p\u00ebrhapjen e librave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt popullore, duke krijuar k\u00ebshtu kultura homogjene, ose nga p\u00ebrdorimi gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb i shpesht\u00eb i gjuh\u00ebve popullore n\u00eb komunikime zyrtare (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shtepiaelibrit.com\/store\/sq\/libra-reference\/4125-komunitete-imagjinare-benedict-anderson-9789995606503.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anderson, 2013<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u00eb teoris\u00eb moderniste q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb antropologu shoq\u00ebror dhe filozofi Ernest Gellner, politologu dhe historiani Benedickt Anderson dhe historiani Eric Hobsbawm. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, kjo qasje teorike p\u00ebrfshin pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb larmishme, dhe jo nj\u00eb t\u00eb vetme dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsuar. Sidoqoft\u00eb, e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta e k\u00ebtyre pik\u00ebpamjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb argumenti se kombet dhe nacionalizmat jan\u00eb dukuri t\u00eb modernitetit. Termi \u201cmodernitet\u201d p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u2019iu referuar organizimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, karakteristike p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn q\u00eb nga shekulli XVII e tutje dhe m\u00eb pas edhe p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebt tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet nga institucionet ekonomike: kapitalizmi, industrializmi dhe institucionet e tjera si: kontrolli i mjeteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs nga ana e shtetit modern etj. (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shtepiaelibrit.com\/store\/en\/philosophy-sociology\/3540-pasojat-e-modernitetit-anthony-giddens.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Giddens, 2013<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kombet jan\u00eb formuar prej ndryshimesh rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore, q\u00eb kan\u00eb pamund\u00ebsuar vazhdimin e rendit paramodern dhe ka paraqitur domodoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr forma t\u00eb reja t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore e politike. Studiuesit argumentojn\u00eb se n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb e mundshme dhe e domosdoshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyroheshin forma t\u00eb reja t\u00eb organizimit kolektiv, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare, meq\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrat ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pavlefshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave t\u00eb reja ekonomike, politike e shoq\u00ebrore, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb kapitalizmit, industrializimit, Revolucionit Francez, lindjes s\u00eb shtetit burokratik, shekullarizimit dhe urbanizimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sipas k\u00ebtyre studiuesve, shnd\u00ebrrimet dhe shkaqet jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm: nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr Gellnerin \u00ebsht\u00eb industrializimi, p\u00ebr Andersonin \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ckapitalizmi i shtypit\u201d. Kjo b\u00ebri q\u00eb koncepti i legjitimitetit t\u00eb rip\u00ebrkufizohet n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur u braktis\u00ebn parimet dinastike e fetare t\u00eb legjitimitetit dhe u krijuan elita t\u00eb reja. Sistemi arsimor dhe teknologjia e komunikimit u mund\u00ebsoi k\u00ebtyre elitave q\u00eb ta bartin mesazhin e tyre tek popullatat gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb rritje. P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb, lojalitetet e shkall\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb krijuara nga kontaktet e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta nd\u00ebrpersonale, u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuan me lidhjet n\u00eb shkall\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb jopersonale dhe anonime, t\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruara n\u00eb vendbanime urbane, pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs as do t\u00eb takohen as kan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, por vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb imagjinojn\u00eb se i p\u00ebrkasin nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb identitar. Mu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, Andersoni p\u00ebrdor shprehjen \u201ckomunitete t\u00eb imagjinuara\u201d p\u00ebr t\u2019iu referuar kombeve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e krijimin t\u00eb kombeve, Gellneri b\u00ebn nj\u00eb lidhje shkak\u00ebsore sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs rrethanat n\u00eb modernitet (n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb industrializmi), kusht\u00ebzuan lindjen e nacionalizmit, nd\u00ebrsa ky kusht\u00ebzoi lindjen e kombeve. Pra, nacionalizmi polli kombet dhe jo anasjelltas. Pa dyshim se nacionalizmi shfryt\u00ebzoi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e lasht\u00eb kulturore, duke p\u00ebrzgjedhur pjes\u00eb nga ajo trash\u00ebgimi dhe shpesh duke i shnd\u00ebrruar ato rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, nacionalizmi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb e kombeve. P\u00ebrkundrazi, nacionalizmi krijon kombe q\u00eb nga e para. Ky \u201csukses\u201d, sipas Gellnerit, nuk i atribuohet fuqis\u00eb intelektuale ose gjenialitetit t\u00eb ides\u00eb nacionaliste, por funksionit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrbrenda rregullit t\u00eb ri moral e shoq\u00ebror.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hobsbawmi shkon p\u00ebrtej postulatit t\u00eb Gellnerit se nacionalizmi krijon kombin, duke theksuar se nacionalizmi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dhe shteti<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> krijojn\u00eb kombin p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb \u201cinxhinieringu social\u201d duke u sh\u00ebrbyer me praktika, rituale simbolike dhe mite, n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb e quan \u201cshpikje t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs\u201d, funksioni i t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e kombit me nj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar t\u00eb tij (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shtepiaelibrit.com\/store\/sq\/historia-aktualiteti\/7441-kombet-dhe-nacionalizmi-qe-nga-1780-e-j-hobsbawm--9789994318414.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hobsbawm, 2012<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bie fjala, ai argumenton se historia lineare, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb e vazhdueshme dhe e pashk\u00ebputur, e kombit \u00ebsht\u00eb trillim q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb figura gjysm\u00eb-mitike, dokumente dhe simbole t\u00eb falsifikuara, si flamuri dhe imazhet, q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb zgjojn\u00eb ndjenja nacionaliste. Vet\u00eb ideja e prejardhjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb mit sesa fakt. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt prejardhja e kulluar e nj\u00eb kombi, n\u00ebse marrim parasysh dinamikat demografike dhe kulturore nep\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kalojn\u00eb popujt. Njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb prejardhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrzier, kurse idet\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb imagjinuara, sesa faktike. Historia interpretohet n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i kontribuoj\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb simboleve dhe miteve t\u00eb kombit.
