T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e gjithkund jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se Standardi ekzistues nuk i plot\u00ebson standardet q\u00eb duhen plot\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb gjuh\u00eb p\u00ebrbashkuese e kombit.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Festa<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00ebntor u festua 50-vjetori i standardizimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Atituda e Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me funksionimin e standardit ishte konservatore, nd\u00ebrsa z\u00ebra reagues pati vet\u00ebm nga disa persona me prejardhje nga areali geg\u00eb. Pra, gjuha standarde dukej si \u00e7\u00ebshtje e mbyllur: ne q\u00eb jemi mbledhur k\u00ebtu e dim\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs standarde, e cila na bashkoi si komb, kurse ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb ndryshe jan\u00eb separatist\u00eb. Euforia komuniste krijoi fantazm\u00ebn separatiste, p\u00ebr ta mbrojtur jo vet\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebn, por edhe kombin nga p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00ebsit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjithmon\u00eb jan\u00eb geg\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po pse geg\u00ebt s\u2019e duan standardin?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebrgjigjja \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb: sepse standardi s\u2019i plot\u00ebsoi (dhe s\u2019i plot\u00ebson) standardet q\u00eb duhen plot\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb gjuh\u00eb p\u00ebrbashkuese e kombit. Dhe, k\u00ebta geg\u00ebt q\u00eb reagojn\u00eb, mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb pakic\u00eb, por flasin n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs. Shqip\u00ebria ka rreth tre milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve gjysma jan\u00eb geg\u00eb. Kosova ka rreth dy milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb geg\u00eb. Maqedonia ka gjysm\u00eb milioni shqiptar\u00eb, pothuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb geg\u00eb. Mali i Zi ka rreth pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb geg\u00eb. Serbia ka rreth nj\u00ebqind mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb geg\u00eb. Pa llogaritur k\u00ebtu shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb ekzil (shumica geg\u00eb), \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e qart\u00eb q\u00eb dialekti geg\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dominant, edhe pse zyrtarisht i injoruar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Historia\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden m\u00eb 1080 nga historiani bizantin Michaelis Attaleiates, kurse gjuha shqipe p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet m\u00eb 1285: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Audivi unam vocem lamantem in monte in lingua albanesca <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00ebgjova nj\u00eb z\u00eb q\u00eb th\u00ebrriste n\u00eb mal n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Nd\u00ebrsa, m\u00eb 1308 nga nj\u00eb autor anonim d\u00ebshmohet q\u00eb gjuha shqipe \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshe nga gjuh\u00ebt e tjera: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Habent enim Albani prefati linguam distanctam a latinis, grecis et slavis ita quod in nullo se inteligunt cum aliis nationibus<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00ebtu shqiptar\u00ebt e lartp\u00ebrmendur kan\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar prej latin\u00ebve, grek\u00ebve e sllav\u00ebve, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk merren vesh fare me popujt e tjer\u00eb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Kurse d\u00ebshmia e tret\u00eb, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Directorium ad passagium faciendum<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr kap\u00ebrcimin e detit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), m\u00eb 1332, tregon q\u00eb megjith\u00ebse gjuh\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, shqipja ka alfabetin latin: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">licet Albanenses aliam omnino linguam a latina habeant et diversam, tamen litteram latinam habent in usu et in omnibus suis libris <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">megjith\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb krejt tjet\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb ndryshme nga latin\u00ebt, ata kan\u00eb shkronjat latine n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb librat e tyre<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kjo fjali tregon q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, alfabet latin dhe tradit\u00eb shkrimi. Por, ky \u201cudh\u00ebzim\u201d nuk ka ndihmuar n\u00eb gjetjen e asaj tradite. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, shkrimi i par\u00eb shqip daton m\u00eb 1462, si p\u00ebrkthim i formul\u00ebs latine t\u00eb pag\u00ebzimit. Pas k\u00ebsaj formule vijn\u00eb librat geg\u00eb nga Buzuku, Budi, Bardhi e Bogdani. Dialekti geg\u00eb popullarizohet me Fisht\u00ebn e Migjenin, dy antipodet e poezis\u00eb shqipe, kurse shk\u00eblqen me Mjed\u00ebn, Koliqin e Camajn. Derisa autor\u00ebt q\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb shkrimin geg\u00eb jan\u00eb brenda Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, tosk\u00ebrishten e shkruajn\u00eb autor\u00ebt q\u00eb ndodhen jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb: Jul Variboba, Jeronim de Rada, Zef Serembe, Naim Frash\u00ebri, Asdreni, Fan Noli, Faik Konica etj. Dihet q\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb vet\u00ebkuptueshme, gjuh\u00ebn m\u00eb mir\u00eb e shkruajn\u00eb dhe e flasin ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb brenda sesa ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb (atyre n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb gjuha e dyt\u00eb ua d\u00ebmton gjuh\u00ebn e par\u00eb).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb vitin 1972, Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria pajtohen ta standardizojn\u00eb tosk\u00ebrishten, duke r\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me rrjedh\u00ebn e historis\u00eb s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. U vendos nj\u00eb dialekt q\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb shtrirje gjeografike (pra, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim) shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl sesa dialekti geg\u00eb, edhe pse, po t\u00eb p\u00ebrfillej logjika, m\u00eb leht\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb tosk\u00ebt si sasi m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl ta p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsonin nj\u00eb standard me baz\u00eb gege. Prandaj d\u00ebshtimi i standardit si n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e folur, ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar, nuk mund t\u00eb quhet rast\u00ebsi. Shumica shqiptare, meqen\u00ebse i p\u00ebrket arealit geg\u00eb, nuk ka marr\u00eb mundin ta m\u00ebsoj\u00eb standardin, sepse e ka par\u00eb si akt linguicid.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebse, n\u00eb takimin festiv me rastin e 50-vjetorit t\u00eb Standardit, presidenti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, iu referua edhe Fisht\u00ebs p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe si gjuh\u00eb hyjnore, por as ai, as kryeministri, as akademik\u00ebt, nuk e pan\u00eb standardin si shp\u00ebrfillje, apo fyerje, ndaj Fisht\u00ebs dhe geg\u00ebve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po \u00e7ka mendonte Fishta p\u00ebr Standardin?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Duke pritur Danten<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nga nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi q\u00eb na e sjell Jacques Bourcart, q\u00eb e kishte pyetur Fisht\u00ebn n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, shohim se autori i \u201cLahut\u00ebs\u201d s\u2019do ta pranonte dekretin e Kongresit: \u201cpoet\u00ebt jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb mund t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn letrare, duke huazuar nga thesari i pasur i dialekteve t\u00eb popullit format gojore (\u2026). Gjuha nuk mund t\u00eb krijohet me dekrete\u201d (J. Bourcart, L\u00ebvizja letrare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Dituria, Tiran\u00eb, 2007, f. 30). Pas k\u00ebsaj, Fishta merre shembullin e Italis\u00eb, standardi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u ngrit mbi t\u00eb folmen e Firenc\u00ebs, sakt\u00ebsisht mbi gjuh\u00ebn e Dantes, duke insistuar k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb edhe Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb pres\u00eb lindjen e nj\u00eb poeti si Dante q\u00eb do ta unifikonte gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Nga evidenca e Bourcart-it (publikuar frengjisht n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1925, n\u00eb \u201cLa Vie de Peuples\u201d, nr. 58) kuptojm\u00eb se n\u00eb revist\u00ebn gege (fran\u00e7eskane) \u201cHylli i Drit\u00ebs\u201d botoheshin edhe shkrime toske, pasi Fishta mendonte se shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb njohje reciproke t\u00eb dialekteve dhe si t\u00eb tilla duheshin p\u00ebrdorur deri n\u00eb ardhjen e Dantes shqiptar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nj\u00ebzet vjet pas fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs, Arshi Pipa shpreh shqet\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb unifikuar, duke insistuar gjithashtu q\u00eb gjuha krijohet prej poet\u00ebve, jo prej gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebve: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjuha asht mjeti i shprehjes. Po t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb mjeti i p\u00ebrsosun, asht e dijtun, vepra nuk ka si del e mir\u00eb. Qysh mund t\u00eb dali e bukur nj\u00eb shtatore kur dalta asht e paprehun? Si mund t\u00eb pikturohet me nji brush\u00eb t\u00eb met\u00eb? Problemi gjuh\u00ebsuer asht nji nga ma t\u00eb ngutshmit qi duhet zgjidh\u00eb. Kishte me u-dasht\u00eb pra qi ata njer\u00ebz o institute qi punojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt drejtim, t\u2019a shpejtojn\u00eb sa ma tep\u00ebr ritmin e pun\u00ebs. Sa ma shum koh\u00eb kalohet aq ma shum dam kemi: babilonija e shkrimit t\u00eb shqipes vjen tue u-rrit\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebr dit\u00eb. (\u2026) Ma e nd\u00ebrlikueme asht \u00e7ashtja e gjuh\u00ebs letrare. Gjuha letrare krijohet prej poetit, jo prej linguistit. Por ndihma e ktij nuk asht e pakt\u00eb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d (A. Pipa, \u201cMbi p\u00ebrk\u00ebthimet\u201d, revista \u201cKritika\u201d, nr. 2, 1944).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb vitin 1990, n\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbim Camaj- Pipa, Martin Camaj mendon se \u201cpun\u00eb e ngutshme, simbas mendimit tem, asht\u00eb rikthimi i gegnishtes s\u00eb shkrueme n\u00eb shtypin letrar e t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm si dhe n\u00eb tekste shkollore\u201d (Let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbimi Camaj-Pipa: 1959-1992, f. 509), dhe hamend\u00ebson se fati i gegnishtes varet prej strukturave administrative e shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">besoj se ideja (khs. Kosov\u00ebn) e ndamjes s\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb n\u00eb krahina ekonomikisht dhe kulturalisht asht\u00eb e domosdoshme, p\u00ebrndryshe nuk funksionon asgja<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d (Po aty, f. 509). Kurse Pipa, pasi zbraz mllefin kund\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve kosovar\u00eb n\u00eb Kongres, konstaton se gegnishtja \u00ebsht\u00eb romane, nd\u00ebrsa gjuha e nj\u00ebsuar \u00ebsht\u00eb bizantine (Po aty, f. 512), dhe insiston q\u00eb t\u2019u b\u00ebhet e qart\u00eb kosovar\u00ebve se unifikimi i gjuh\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ta bashkuar kombin, por p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebr\u00e7uar m\u00eb leht\u00eb ideologjin\u00eb staliniste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Let\u00ebrsia pa gjuh\u00eb\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjuha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, por let\u00ebrsia \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuh\u00eb. \u201cKrejt \u00e7ka ndodh n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi \u00ebsht\u00eb aventur\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs\u201d, thoshte Benveniste. Let\u00ebrsia nuk mund t\u00eb duket reale, n\u00ebse gjuha e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb artificiale. Prandaj, nga instalimi i komunizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe nga favorizimi q\u00eb ia b\u00ebn ai sistem dialektit jugor, shkrimtar\u00ebt verior\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvendosur n\u00eb vend dyt\u00ebsor. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb komuniste nuk mund t\u00eb imagjinohej nj\u00eb shkrimtar i madh q\u00eb shkruante n\u00eb dialektin geg\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa, shkrimtari verior nuk mund t\u00eb shkruante p\u00ebr ngjarje q\u00eb vendoseshin n\u00eb arealin geg\u00eb e t\u2019i flisnin personazhet tosk\u00ebrisht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjuha standarde edhe mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb funksionuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkresa zyrtare, por jo edhe n\u00eb tekstet letrare t\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve verior\u00eb, sepse shkalla e motivimit k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb personazhet e veriut t\u00eb flasin gjuh\u00ebn e veriut dhe personazhet e jugut t\u00eb flasin gjuh\u00ebn e jugut. Motivimi gjuh\u00ebsor, ngjyrimet stilistike, loja me dialekte, idiolekte dhe ideolekte, k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen dallime gjuh\u00ebsore mes personazheve dhe jo t\u00eb rrafshohet gjuha sipas nj\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb imponuar politikisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur askush nuk mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb shqipe, problemi i gjuh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb problem q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon zgjidhjen m\u00eb urgjente, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shkohet m\u00eb tutje te problemet tematike, formale e strukturore. Gjuha standarde, e till\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb, mbetet penges\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, por edhe n\u00eb teat\u00ebr, kinematografi e muzik\u00eb. Teatri (drama) do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte af\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb folur, por gjuha standarde shton doz\u00ebn e teatralitetit deri n\u00eb neveri dhe k\u00ebshtu largon shikuesin (lexuesin). Filmi (skenari), q\u00eb pretendon t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i natyrsh\u00ebm se teatri (drama), e largon spektatorin sapo futet brenda standardit, kur dihet se karakteret, apo aktor\u00ebt, nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me gjuh\u00ebn q\u00eb e flasin. Po ashtu, edhe muzika (tekstet e k\u00ebng\u00ebve) p\u00ebrshtaten me nj\u00ebrin dialekt m\u00eb shum\u00eb se me tjetrin, prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim t\u00eb pretendohet t\u00eb arrihet sukses n\u00eb zhanret bluz, rok apo hip-hop duke k\u00ebnduar n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb standarde, e cila mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb efikase vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arte standarde si opera, ku aft\u00ebsit\u00eb kryesisht shprehen n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje teatrale dhe ngritje e ulje tonale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sidoqoft\u00eb, derisa artet e tjera gjuh\u00ebn e kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nga komponent\u00ebt e tyre, let\u00ebrsia gjuh\u00ebn e ka mjet esencial, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk krijohet, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk ekziston.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tash q\u00eb let\u00ebrsia shqipe ka nisur t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet nga funksionet jasht\u00ebletrare dhe nga metarr\u00ebfimet, e ka t\u00eb domosdoshme t\u00eb lirohet edhe nga k\u00ebmisha e ngusht\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs standarde q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb frym\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb pasuroj\u00eb koloritin stilistik dhe t\u00eb rris\u00eb besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb thot\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjuha standarde, pos t\u00eb tjerash, nuk pranohet nga geg\u00ebt, sepse nuk e ka p\u00ebrfill\u00eb as tradit\u00ebn e shkrimit shqip, as shumic\u00ebn e fol\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standardi ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rotacion: nj\u00eb Standard me baz\u00eb gege do t\u00eb ishte shpagim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb krim t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb para pes\u00eb dekadash. Prandaj, ndryshe nga festa e akademik\u00ebve dhe politikan\u00ebve me rastin e 50-vjetorit t\u00eb Standardit, q\u00eb dukej si komemoracion, ku datat (1972-2022) sh\u00ebnjonin lindjen dhe vdekjen e Standardit, un\u00eb mendoj (dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e kam shprehur e shpjeguar p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb) se na duhet nj\u00eb Standard i Ri, nj\u00eb standard q\u00eb nderon tradit\u00ebn dhe respekton shumic\u00ebn. N\u00eb regjimet tiranike mund t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb pakica, por n\u00eb demokraci gjithmon\u00eb fiton shumica.
