K\u00ebto parath\u00ebnie tona ishin forma t\u00eb replikuara t\u00eb pyetjeve q\u00eb na pat\u00ebn mbetur nga projekti i yn\u00eb i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i dy <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">antologjive<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ato, n\u00eb fakt, rrodh\u00ebn si p\u00ebrgjegje t\u00eb armiqsis\u00eb shum\u00ebdekad\u00ebshe, pastaj t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimit n\u00eb mes t\u00eb shqipes dhe s\u00ebrbishtes\u2014p\u00ebrpos situatave t\u00eb skajme radikale t\u00eb negociatave t\u00eb luft\u00ebs ose n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb dokumentave n\u00eb prani t\u00eb trupave t\u00eb huaja q\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjetsonin n\u00eb konfliktin e Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkaq antologjit\u00eb ishin di\u00e7ka krejt tjet\u00ebr\u2014ato lind\u00ebn nga ideja se do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb m\u00ebsonim di\u00e7ka nj\u00ebri nga tjetri, nj\u00ebri mbi tjetrin. T\u00eb m\u00ebsonim, edhepse nuk i dinim gjuh\u00ebt e fqinjve (natyrisht, p\u00ebrpos teje, q\u00eb na ke l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb tregim fantastik mbi m\u00ebsuesin Bor\u00eb [Bora] n\u00eb korrespondenc\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme). Vijonim logjik\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt nga ajo t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e vijojn\u00eb politikan\u00ebt dhe v\u00ebzhguesit-nd\u00ebrmjetsuesit e huaj. Mbi konfliktin, pra, nuk donim t\u00eb jepnim m\u00ebsim, po t\u00eb m\u00ebsonim prej tij. Nuk d\u00ebshironim t\u00eb impononim zgjidhje, por t\u00eb d\u00ebgjonim mbi bot\u00ebt alternative t\u00eb bashkjetes\u00ebs prej vet\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe shkrimtar\u00ebve e shkrimtareve q\u00eb na bashkangjiteshin, s\u00eb pari rreth antologjive, e pastaj edhe rreth Polipit. Dhe ashtu prej vitit n\u00eb vit. Ashtu q\u00eb takimet serbo-shqiptare nuk qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e imponimit t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebfyeri sip\u00ebror, por pjes\u00eb e vullnetit p\u00ebr barazi dhe emancipim, i cili ishte pjes\u00eb e pashmangshme e procesit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb m\u00ebsimor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00ebsuam nga \u00e7do mysafir i Polipit. M\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nga ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin investuar vite t\u00eb jet\u00ebs n\u00eb proces t\u00eb pajtimit, sikurse kishte vepruar Borka Pavi\u00e7eviq [Pavi\u010devi\u0107]. Gjat\u00eb viteve n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, Qendra e saj P\u00ebr Dekontaminim Kulturor, QPDK [Centar za kulturnu dekontaminaciju, CZKD], ishte tok\u00ebz nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebse p\u00ebr skenat e Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs. Ekspozita <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebrtej\/Beyond\/Preko<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e artit t\u00eb ri kosovar sipas zgjedhjes s\u00eb Shk\u00eblzen Maliqit, e cila ishte e vendosur n\u00eb pavilion, te Borka, ishte jo vet\u00ebm frym\u00ebzim p\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat me t\u00eb cilat merreshim, por edhe udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfim. Mir\u00ebpo Borka i kishte Shk\u00eblzenin dhe trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb jugosllave, q\u00eb mundohej t\u2019i shp\u00ebtonte gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, e ne nuk kishim gjithaq, pos viteve plot traum\u00eb n\u00eb rini. Megjithat\u00eb, t\u00eb arrihej gjer te Borka, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcillej puna e saj, t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej mbi njer\u00ebzit dhe ngjarjet q\u00eb e kishin sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrfundimin e nj\u00eb epoke dhe lindjen e tjetr\u00ebs\u2014e cila ishte pa siguri, me dhimbje, e mbushur me makthe t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs jo fort t\u00eb larg\u00ebt\u2014ishte dalje n\u00eb sken\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eb kujtohet udh\u00ebtimi p\u00ebr Prishtin\u00eb, me Bork\u00ebn, Alleksandra Sekulliqin [Aleksandra Sekuli\u0107], dhe Branimir Stojanoviqin, T\u00ebrsh\u00ebn [Branimir Stojanovi\u0107 Tr\u0161a], jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit pas Polipit t\u00eb par\u00eb. Ata po punonin n\u00eb projektin e Politik\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb solidaritetit kurse ne i promovonim antologjit\u00eb si segment me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr at\u00eb <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solidaritet t\u00eb ri<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014duke gjurmuar pak\u00ebz m\u00eb shum\u00eb drit\u00eb, sikurse do t\u00eb thoje ti kur e citoje G\u00ebten e pragut t\u00eb vdekjes s\u00eb vet. Rrinim ulur at\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb vrer\u00ebt prilli n\u00eb <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit\u2019e\u2019Nat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, kafenen\u00eb e njohur prishtinase, s\u00eb bashku me Hedh\u00ebsit e hijeve [Baca\u010di senki], nj\u00eb trup\u00eb nga Zagrebi, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs, Boris Bakall [Bakal], at\u00eb dit\u00eb po folte me lemeri mbi tekstin t\u00eb cilin e kishte botuar n\u00eb Beton kolegia e jon\u00eb, Ivana Bodrozhiq [Bodro\u017ei\u0107], dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo e kritikonte presidentin e at\u00ebher\u00ebm t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb, Ivo Josipoviqin [Josipovi\u0107]. Elita kulturore kroate nuk i pranoi mir\u00eb fjal\u00ebt kritike mbi t\u00eb ashtuquajturin kryetar t\u00eb mir\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb shum\u00eb gazeta nga atje e p\u00ebrcoll\u00ebn tekstin e Ivan\u00ebs me lemeri\u2014e sidomos p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb lidhjes s\u00eb tij me <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Betonin<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> beogradas, i cili fillimisht e botoi artikullin e saj, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u00ebr kryetarit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Por n\u00eb fund do t\u00eb dilte se kritika e saj ndaj presidentit Josipoviq s\u2019ishte gj\u00eb pos detektim i hersh\u00ebm i paaft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij p\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7kado q\u00eb e kishte ndonj\u00ebfar\u00eb kuptimi, mu sikurse edhe i asaj t\u00eb shokut t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrtej kufirit, Boris Tadiqit [Tadi\u0107], i cili do ta fillonte karrier\u00ebn me kapacitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb demokratik, e do ta p\u00ebrfundonte n\u00eb p\u00ebrqafim me partin\u00eb e Millosheviqit tashm\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur, dhe me t\u00eb djatht\u00ebn e udh\u00ebhequr nga Alleksandar Vu\u00e7iqi, e cila ishte n\u00eb rritje e sip\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00ebt\u00eb epizod\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl po e p\u00ebrmendi p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedh\u00eb drit\u00eb n\u00eb kontekstin shoq\u00ebror-politik n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin e kryenim pun\u00ebn gjat\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs kurr\u00eb nuk e g\u00ebzuam ndonj\u00eb simpati t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nga elita kulturore e cil\u00ebsdo an\u00eb, e as n\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturin Regjion. Vepronim si nj\u00eb lloj i <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gerril\u00ebs<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, jo gjithaq si U\u00c7K, pra pa arm\u00eb, pa i ndjell\u00eb kujt shpres\u00eb, pa pretendime t\u00eb imponimit t\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimit ton\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs mbi t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por me ide t\u00eb qart\u00eb se duhej t\u00eb m\u00ebsonim di\u00e7ka nga t\u00eb gjitha q\u00eb i kishim. Para s\u00eb gjithash, se duhej t\u00eb gjenim njer\u00ebz q\u00eb do t\u00eb kishin vullnet t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin s\u00eb bashku me ne se si t\u00eb hynin n\u00eb pyll t\u00eb panjohour dhe, duke ecur n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb, ta gjenin daljen n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb dit\u00ebs. P\u00ebr ta kryer k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, na duhej ta gjenim s\u00eb paku nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt rreth s\u00eb cil\u00ebs do t\u00eb tuboheshim. K\u00ebshtu shkruante filozofi Zhak Ransije [Jacques Ranci\u00e8re] kur folte mbi eksperimentin filozofik t\u00eb cilin e nd\u00ebrmori m\u00ebsuesi freng n\u00eb Holand\u00eb, Zhozef Zhakoto, duke mos e ditur asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb holandishtes. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye u mundua ta gjente nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, dhe e gjeti n\u00eb botimin dygjuh\u00ebsh t\u00eb romanit t\u00eb njohur asokohe, Aventurat e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telemahut [Les aventures de T\u00e9l\u00e9maque] <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">t\u00eb shkrimtarit freng, Fransoa Fenelo [Fran\u00e7ois F\u00e9nelon]. Ua dha at\u00eb botim nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve me lutje q\u00eb t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb frengjisht duke u sh\u00ebrbyer me p\u00ebrkthimin n\u00eb holandishte. Rezultati ishte i pabesuesh\u00ebm. K\u00ebshtu e kuptoi m\u00ebsuesi Zhakoto se modeli i vjet\u00ebr i pedagogjis\u00eb p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit duhet t\u2019i shpjegohet dikujt di\u00e7ka duke e demostruar autoritetin e m\u00ebsuesit \u00ebsht\u00eb absolutisht jorelevant dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm kontribut drejt budallepsjes. Prandaj i ishte kthyer konceptit t\u00eb <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00ebsuesit bilmez<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i cili p\u00ebrfundimisht do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb m\u00ebsonte di\u00e7ka prej vet\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Gj\u00ebja e jon\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt rreth s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u formua festivali i Polipit ishte <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">let\u00ebrsia.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00ebsuesi bilmez <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i kund\u00ebrvehet <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">politikanit gjitholog <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i cili i di t\u00eb gjitha dhe \u00e7do dit\u00eb mundohet t\u2019i jap\u00eb kombit m\u00ebsim mbi faktet e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs, bie fjala, ose n\u00eb mes t\u00eb fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ose mbi historit\u00eb e p\u00ebsimit n\u00ebn okupimet e ndrysh\u00ebm, ose mbi ndonj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb historike, kulturologjike, apo filozofike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloji. Po ta mirrnim shembullin e presidentit t\u00eb S\u00ebrbis\u00eb, Alleksandar Vu\u00e7iqit, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb na binte n\u00eb sy nj\u00eb proces i budallepsjes s\u00eb skajme t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kanaleve t\u00eb mundur t\u00eb medjeve. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj arrihet gjer te ruajtja e p\u00ebrhershme e ndjenj\u00ebs s\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb \u201cgjendjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye u anulua edhe EuroPride 2022, sepse \u201cs\u2019mund t\u00eb organizohet siguria e nj\u00ebfar\u00eb parakalimi, atje\u201d gjersa t\u00eb jet\u00eb &#8220;n\u00eb rrezik siguria e S\u00ebrbis\u00eb\u201d. K\u00ebshtu u vendos Kosova, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb prezidentit Vu\u00e7iq, n\u00eb tasin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb peshores gjersa n\u00eb t\u00eb parin mbet\u00ebn EuroPride bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb tjera qytetare. Mir\u00eb i ka ra k\u00ebsaj n\u00eb fije <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">politikani gjitholog<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i cili duke e shfryt\u00ebzuar pushtetin e vet absolut, qytetar\u00ebve ua qet si p\u00ebr anash, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb perfide, q\u00eb as mos t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim, apo se do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat elementare, p\u00ebrderisa t\u00eb mbes\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi nyja e pazgjidhshme politike kosovare. E kjo mund t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb gjer n\u00eb fund t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, gjer n\u00eb fund t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha politikave radikale q\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb k\u00ebta vise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Politikat e reja t\u00eb solidaritetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat, pos tjer\u00ebsh, angazhohej edhe Borka Stefanoviq, nuk e kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj t\u00eb rregullimit t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Festivali Polip poashtu nuk kishte tep\u00ebr shum\u00eb pika t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhjes me festivalet letrar\u00eb q\u00eb donin t\u2019u ofronin m\u00ebsim dhe arg\u00ebtim pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve dhe publikut. P\u00ebrkundrazi, Festivali Polip p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb m\u00ebsonte prej Evrop\u00ebs dhe regjionit, dhe, ate \u00e7ka e kishte m\u00ebsuar, ta diskutonte me mysafir\u00eb dhe me miq. Mu nga nj\u00eb hava energjetike e till\u00eb buruan idet\u00eb e reja, si\u00e7 ishte ajo, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nd\u00ebrroje gjuh\u00ebn <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change Your Laguage<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">], t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e lansuan Veton Surroi dhe Sreten Ugri\u00e7iqi [Ugri\u010di\u0107] n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga tribinat e mbajtura. Ky s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej moto i organizimit vijues t\u00eb festivalit. Si t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohet gjuha? \u00c7far\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimi t\u2019i b\u00ebhet? I qasjes ndaj problemit? N\u00eb vet m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb menduarit mbi problemin? Polipi e pat b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qysh n\u00eb fillim, duke zgjedhur t\u00eb mos e fliste gjuh\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs, as ate t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit apo politikanit gjitholog por, p\u00ebrkundrazi, me z\u00eb t\u00eb atij njeriut i cili e kupton se nuk e di rrug\u00ebn e tejkalimit t\u00eb pyllit (problemit), q\u00eb ndoshta askush nuk e di, por se ndoshta, duke e m\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebn e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb\u2014p\u00ebrmes leximit, p\u00ebrkthimit, dhe t\u00eb kuptuarit\u2014do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjindej rruga gjer te ajo pik\u00eb t\u00eb pyllit nga e cila fillojm\u00eb ta v\u00ebrejm\u00eb dep\u00ebrtimin e drit\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebr deg\u00ebt e trasha e t\u00eb err\u00ebta t\u00eb drunjve t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe masiv\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kam m\u00ebsuar mjaft shum\u00eb duke i d\u00ebgjuar poet\u00ebt dhe shkrimtar\u00ebt nga Kosova, dhe duke i lexuar veprat e tyre. Kam par\u00eb shum\u00eb\u00e7ka duke udh\u00ebtuar linjave ilegale t\u00eb qarkullimit, t\u00eb cilave nd\u00ebr vite u shtohej r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia, dhe t\u00eb cilat madje edhe legalizoheshin. Para s\u00eb gjithash, at\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit e mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e vet traumatike vetvetiu n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditme.
