Ani pse reforma nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti me sistemin arsimor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ajo na jep nj\u00eb ide sesi ka funksionar p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht sistemi arsimor n\u00eb Jugosllavi.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideja e reformes ishte t\u00eb arrij\u00eb jo nj\u00eb, por disa q\u00ebllime. P\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrmendur ca nga to: valorizimi i pun\u00ebs fizike, minimizimi i pabarazive sociale t\u00eb riprodhuara nga sistemi arsimor, leht\u00ebsimi i tranzicionit nga shkolla n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe zvog\u00eblimi i dallimeve mes pun\u00ebs fizike dhe pun\u00ebs \u2019intelektuale\u2019. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[2]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Megjithat\u00eb, natyra nga lart\u00eb-posht\u00eb e reform\u00ebs, mosp\u00ebrfillja e agjent\u00ebve brenda RSFJ-s\u00eb b\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl ndaj reform\u00ebs. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, tensione tjera u rishfaq\u00ebn. Si\u00e7 u pat d\u00ebshmuar m\u00eb von\u00eb, reforma jo q\u00eb nuk kishte arritur q\u00ebllimin e saj, por pati ndikuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebssimin e situat\u00ebs ekonomike. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[3]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/a><b>Themelimi i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Demonstratat Studentore<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para se t\u00eb themelohej Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1970, ekzistonin institucione t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb ishin sporadike p\u00ebr nga natyra. Fakultetet t\u00eb cilat funksionin brenda Kosov\u00ebs, si Fakulteti Filozofik, Juridik dhe ai Ekonomik ishin zgjatime t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Beogradit. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[4]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Numri i student\u00ebve serb\u00eb ishte relativisht i lart\u00eb, duke populluar k\u00ebto fakultete m\u00eb shum\u00eb se student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb at\u00ebbot\u00eb.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00ebrkesa e vazhdueshme nga shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur universitetin e tyre ishte tem\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb fundvitet 1960. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nevoja p\u00ebr themelimin e nj\u00eb universiteti nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet thjesht si thirrje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb institucion t\u00eb \u201ddijes\u201d. Atdhe Hetemi n\u00eb \u201d<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The History of Social Movements\u201d (Historia e L\u00ebvizjeve Shoq\u00ebrore) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shpjegon sesi Universiteti ishte fener i zgjimit politik dhe komb\u00ebtar krahas q\u00ebllimeve akademike p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat sh\u00ebrben universiteti. Nd\u00ebrkaq, student\u00ebt ishin katalizator\u00eb q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrshpejtuar procesin e hapjes s\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn5\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[5]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prandaj, themelimi i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs qe nj\u00eb hap i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. Mjedisi i Universitetit sh\u00ebrbeu si nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore jo vet\u00ebm ku student\u00ebt do t\u00eb fitonin dije, po gjithashtu do t\u00eb realizonin identitetin e tyre brenda Kosoves. K\u00ebshtu, masivizimi i arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb ishte i shpejt\u00eb. Deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1970\u2019, Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs kishte rreth 26.000 student\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb student\u00ebve brenda RSFJ-s\u00eb. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn6\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[6]<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duhet pasur parasysh q\u00eb Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs ishte i kontrolluar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb aspektin organizativ e akademik. Pra, cka m\u00ebsohej dhe me k\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunohej nuk ishte n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, ekzistonte presioni i vazhduesh\u00ebm nga Serbia p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtyer p\u00ebrpara politikat anti-nacionaliste e anti-separatiste p\u00ebrbrenda Universitetit. Bashk\u00ebpunimi me Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs vet\u00ebm sa shtonte frik\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb lart\u00ebp\u00ebrmendurat. Ky bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00ebnkuptonte shk\u00ebmbimin e literatur\u00ebs e vizita t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjella t\u00eb profesor\u00ebve nga t\u00eb dy Universitetet. Sidoqoft\u00eb, k\u00ebto aktivitete ishin n\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrje t\u00eb vazhdueshme. RSFJ-ja kishte frik\u00eb nga ndikimi \u201denverist\u201d mbi intelektual\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb dhe anasjelltas, Shqip\u00ebria kishte frik\u00eb se ata q\u00eb vinin nga Kosova mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb spiun\u00eb jugosllav\u00eb. Bashk\u00ebpunimi me Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs u pa si i natyrsh\u00ebm, duke pasur parasysh faktin se flitej gjuha e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe ndahej nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Hetemi argumenton se p\u00ebr shkak q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs trajtoheshin si qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb klasit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb Jugosllavi, kthimi i shikimit kah Shqip\u00ebria ishte i pritsh\u00ebm. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[7]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstratat e viteve 1968, 1981 dhe 1997, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga student\u00ebt ishin protesta ku\u00a0 k\u00ebrkoheshin t\u00eb drejtat komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn8\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[8]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sipas Hetemit, roli i student\u00ebve shpeshher\u00eb e nd\u00ebr vite \u00ebsht\u00eb anashkaluar nga politikan\u00ebt e figurat tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, megjithat\u00eb, ai beson se student\u00ebt ishin ata q\u00eb form\u00ebsuan historin\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe luft\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn9\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[9]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> K\u00ebto demonstrata qen\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme p\u00ebr nga k\u00ebrkesat, por t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb kuptimin e momentumeve politike, dhe nuk mund t\u00eb shihen nga nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje e ngusht\u00eb nacionaliste meq\u00eb ato ng\u00ebrthenin n\u00eb vetvete nj\u00eb apel t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm: at\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn10\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[10]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Student\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkaq, duhet t\u00eb konsiderohen si subjekte q\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht aspiratavet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb dije, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb grup politikisht i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pozicionin e tyre p\u00ebrbrenda Jugosllavis\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, Hetemi shpjegon se p\u00ebr shkak se ishin \u2019student\u00eb\u2019, e q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb forme nuk ishin t\u00eb ndikuar nga jeta e \u201dv\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pasur p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr familjet e tyre si dhe aspiratat p\u00ebr karrier\u00eb ishin preokupime t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes, ata qen\u00eb faktor\u00eb t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00ebdij\u00ebsim e angazhim politik. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn11\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[11]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Megjith\u00ebse demonstratat nuk jan\u00eb fokus i k\u00ebtij eseu, ato nuk mund t\u00eb anashkalohen meq\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb ngjarje historike t\u00eb cilat nuk mund t\u00eb ndahen nga zhvillimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb sistemin arsimor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Arsimi paralel, hap\u00ebsira paralele<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1980\u2019, autonomia e Kosov\u00ebs revokohet nga Millosheviqi. K\u00ebshtu,\u00a0 vitet 90\u2019 jan\u00eb dekade e rezistenc\u00ebs, trazirave e konflikteve. Pas dekretit q\u00eb Serbia l\u00ebshon n\u00eb vitin 1990, shqiptar\u00ebve u mohohet e drejta p\u00ebr t\u2019u arsimuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. M\u00eb tutje, kurrikula e miratuar, kriteri i njohjes s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs serbo-kroate p\u00ebr t\u2019u regjistruar ne shkollat profesionale, ndarja fizike e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve (nxen\u00ebsit serb t\u00eb vijonin m\u00ebsimet paradite, nd\u00ebrkaq shqiptar\u00ebt pasdite) dhe n\u00eb fund p\u00ebrjashtimin e shqiptar\u00ebve nga objekte shkollore nga regjimi serb refuzohet kategorikisht nga Kosova dhe si kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigje, fillon rezistenca paq\u00ebsore p\u00ebrmes arsimimit paralel. Ky sistem ka funksionuar nga viti 1992 deri n\u00eb vitin 1999. Sht\u00ebpi, kafene, dycane t\u00eb vogla e garazha imitonin ambientin shkollor. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn12\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[12]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imponimi i masave t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme ndaj Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs nga ana e Serbis\u00eb rezultoi n\u00eb okupimin e pozitave t\u00eb lart\u00eb brenda Universitetit. Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm i profesor\u00ebve u pushuan nga puna e student\u00ebt u d\u00ebbuan nga ambienti universitar. N\u00eb vitet 1991\/92 shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk iu lejua regjistrimi n\u00eb Universitet fare. Ky vendim u justifikua me iden\u00eb q\u00eb Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb fole e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekje nacionaliste e irredentiste. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/c-rsquo-mesime-bllogje-tematike\/91137\/sistemi-arsimor-i-kosoves-ne-jugosllavi-ne-mes-te-unifikimit-dhe-segregimit-ii\/#_ftn13\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[13]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duke u bazuar n\u00eb iden\u00eb q\u00eb identiteti hap\u00ebsinor, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret si koncept p\u00ebr ta teorizuar realizimin e identitetit komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebrmes arsimit paralel, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi q\u00eb vendi specifik ku \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur m\u00ebsimi shenjon ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebsim dhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb ndjekur. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos hyr\u00eb ne detaje t\u00eb tilla se ka qen\u00eb cil\u00ebsor apo jo m\u00ebsimi, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb irrelevante n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst. Okupimi i nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire ku \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb paq\u00ebsore ndaj ngjarjeve q\u00eb ndodhnin at\u00ebbot\u00eb ka p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebr ta kuptuar m\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht arsimin paralel si rezistenc\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ndaj regjimit serb, nevojitet nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb kronologjike. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kontekstualizojme ngjarjet t\u00eb cilat \u00e7uan deri t\u00eb mbyllja e shkollave duhet ta shohim nga momentet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Arsimimi paralel \u00ebsht\u00eb konsideruar si form\u00eb jo e dhunshme e rezistenc\u00ebs. Kostovicoa shpjegon se kjo ndarje hap\u00ebsinore p\u00ebrmes arsimit paralel ua kishte mund\u00ebsuar shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb identitetin e tyre komb\u00ebtar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mund t\u00eb shpalosen disa perspektiva sesi arsimi paralel u b\u00eb realitet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Besoj q\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me \u2019munges\u00ebn\u2019. P\u00ebrpjekja e vazhdueshme e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb dominimin politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka pasur pasoja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb sistemin arsimor p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX. Nga mos lejimi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb shkolla, rrug\u00ebtimi p\u00ebr hapjen e Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, presionit dhe dyshimeve mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit e deri tek vendimet drastike t\u00eb viteve 90\u2019 p\u00ebr mbylljen e shkollave. Megjithat\u00eb, mungesa potencialisht krijon mund\u00ebsi politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb reaguar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Marr\u00ebveshja Millosheviq-Rugova<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb vitin 1996 u n\u00ebnshkrua marr\u00ebveshja e cila p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim kishte kthimin n\u00eb normalitet t\u00eb sistemit arsimor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Aspektet praktike t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje ishin t\u00eb paqarta n\u00eb aspektin e organizimit.
