Lazar was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia. He received his education in a bilingual grammar school in his hometown, before moving to an international school in Tanzania. He is pursuing a double major in International Affairs and French Studies, with a minor in Political Economy at Lewis & Clark College. Expatriation from a young age provided him with a dynamic education and ensured a cross-cultural perspective. As a self-funded student, he is highly organised, and accustomed to dealing with bureaucracy, paperwork, finances and face-to-face interactions.
Lazar is a culturally sensible and highly adaptable individual with professional and volunteer experience in the field of communication. He is eager to apply his knowledge and skills in international and multicultural settings. He actively seeks opportunities in the fields of international relations, communication and culture.
