Abstract: Kosovo’s strategic goal for NATO integration continues to be unwavering. This goal is not only reflected in the strategic documents and the official narrative of Kosovo, but also the national support for membership is unprecedented for the region – over 90% of respondents are consistently in favor of membership. Nevertheless, there is a factual discrepancy between Kosovo’s aspirations for membership and the fact that NATO continues to view our country through the strict prism of United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolution 1244.
