The next public activity held today in North Mitrovica, as part of the “Kosovo Youth United Against Radicalism” project supported by Yihr-ks , financed by USAID Kosovo, and implemented by Sbunker in cooperation with the organization Alternativna.
This activity brought together participants from both communities at the Civic Energy Center (CEC). Facilitated by Adem Bislimi the event fostered dialogue and collaboration through a series of interactive and symbolic activities.
The activity began with a practical exercise featuring a stimulated scenario that encouraged participants to challenge stereotypes. Through open discussions and constructive arguments, the activity highlighted the validity of concerns on both sides and emphasized the potential for creative, sustainable solutions through collaboration.
The event continued with a symbolic Peace Walk, showcasing solidarity and cooperation between the communities. Participants then visited the Trepça Crystal Museum, offering a unique cultural experience that underscored the importance of shared heritage in fostering mutual understanding and strengthening bonds across divides.
